Very nice Hotel

I couldn't fault this complex for the price we paid. Stayed in two bedroom top floor apartment (room 403) with my daughter. Yes, rooms are basic but very clean with the cleaning ladies coming every day & you have everything you need. pool bar & staff are great & very welcoming and friendly, same with reception staff. Food at the bar was fab & very cheap. I didn't hear any noise at night & my bedroom was facing the main pool area & balconies (you are gonna get noisy people wherever you go on holiday, it's not the complex fault people are noisy). Great location within walking distance to beach & shops. Lots of local restaurants & shops around. No sunbed wars as there were plenty of them. Met people who have been coming back to this place for years & I would definitely stay here again.

Came with my husband and thought this hotel was for couples and families how wrong we were!! Staying in room 2003 and unlucky for us a gang of middle age men are staying on either side to us. They are rowdy and are banging on doors at 4am. I am not a party pooper , but if we knew that this hotel was for gangs of male/females we would hundred percent NEVER of stayed. We are still hear now and hopefully will get peace tonight very disappointed.

Just got back from a great chilled week, the rooms are basic but cleaned every day towel and bedding changed twice a week. Went with my teenage twin daughters who loved the fact that the main pool was heated (bonus in april). Tom behind the bar (Scottish Scott) who's really from N.Ireland made me and the girls feel welcomed and very well looked after along with Lucy and the lovely Venezuelan cook (forgive me ive forgotten her name). All staff were great and very friendly. I much preferred the quieter end of where we were with the local Spanish restaurants and bars but the beach and golden mile are literally a 5-10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend .

I’m reviewing this 4 because of the price point, it doesn’t pretend to be a 3 or 4 star hotel so I’m measuring accordingly. The positives here are the rooms are spacious and kept very clean. Good size balcony. Delightful warm pool and good sunbed availability. Feels safe and decent clientele too. The location is great and a short walk to plenty of shops and restaurants and on a bus route, so plenty going for it. The negatives are that the hot water is limited if you like a decent shower - it WILL run out as it is a separate tank per room, and a small one at that. There is a shower curtain too!!! Who has these nowadays? I hate them. Also the lifeguard is a real jobs worth, kicking you out the pool before the 6pm closing time and I think 6 is also too early, you can’t even use the sun beds after this time which is poor. I don’t know why they issue you remote controls when you check in! They don’t ask for them back when you check out, very bizarre… finally the rooms are very warm even in early April so I wouldn’t want to stay here in a hot summer with no air con, the ceiling fan doesn’t do much. As a cheap stay this is perfectly fine though, but if you need long showers or enjoy a pool when it’s cooler at the end of the day you’ll be disappointed.

The hotel is 5-10 mins from beach. The rooms are a good size although dated. The cleaners are in every day and do a good job. Did not see any cockroaches throughout our stay. We got sun-beds every day. The pool opens at 10am and no towels allowed to be put on beds before this. The lifeguard keeps the area spotless. The bar has great staff. Very friendly especially Tom. There were a lot of young groups around pool but were all well behaved and didn’t bother anybody. I wouldn’t go back as prefer fanabe area but worth a visit for the price. The one negative is we booked over a year in advance and asked for rooms next to each other but they didn’t reply to our emails and never bothered with our request. We were ondifferent floors.
