We had a lovely 8 days at the end of January with our 2 year old. There were a couple of negatives, but not so much so that we wouldn't go again! Overall, it was a wonderful resort and for some Winter sun, was perfect for us. Standouts: * 2 heated pools. We found it difficult to find anywhere with warm pools in Winter. The baby splash pool and one of the bigger pools were both heated. * we liked the intimacy of it being a small resort, it never really felt busy even though it was full, and it felt calm and peaceful whilst still having a bit of a buzz for our toddler * so many great things for our toddler - lots of activities in the day from the staff, a treehouse/play area, couple of sandpits, small toddler bikes to ride around the resort * Although the food choice wasn't the best we've been to, we are vegetarian and my daughter is soy-free. The choices on the buffet weren't always great for us, but from speaking to the manager of the restaurant, she went through the menus with me for the following days and organised extra food for us. I would definitely speak to staff if you have specific requirements. * Breakfast was incredible lots of choice! * Mealtimes are long so lots of opportunity to eat. * close to airport Not so great: * Our main issue was that there is a kids club, which is advertised on the website, but which is restricted to families who have booked a package with a specific scandi tourist provider. My 2yo made friends with a girl, and the other girl was going into this kids club. We were told my 2yo wasn't allowed in with her. I said we'd stay with her (thinking she's too young), or that we'd even pay for her to go in, and I was told that wasn't allowed. The kids club is located inside the play area, and the door is kept open - so my daughter and other excluded children could see them all playing and having fun and so many toys, but weren't able to go inside. My daughter doesn't understand why some children are allowed inside, and she's not. This was really upsetting and also meant there was nowhere inside that she could go to sit down and do some colouring away from the heat. It's also misleading that we're never told this. I understand that those families have paid a premium to have their children in this kid's club, my recommendation is that it is done elsewhere - in a vacant room/villa, not in complete view of the children that are to be excluded. It should also be made clear when booking/on the website, and there should be an indoor area that is open to all even if it isn't so well-stocked. I did complain at reception and was told there was nothing to be done. * The walls are really thin and we had noisy neighbours with a blaring TV (they were actually people that lived on-site, not on holiday). I did complain as it was waking our baby, and it was resolved quickly. * Labelling on the food items at the buffet could've been better. Once or twice, the item was labelled vegetarian and it was not. There could have been more sta
