Ich muss meine Rezension von 2023 überarbeiten! Die Hotelleitung hat meine Kritiken angehört, und alles verbessert. Wer hier ein Hotelfabrik mit Massenabfertigung auf dem Band sucht, ist hier verkehrt. Das ist ein Hotel, wo die Mitarbeiter daran orientiert sind, das der Gast sich wohlfühlt. Die Mitarbeiter habe Spaß an ihren Arbeit, sie lächeln und sprechen die Gäste sehr freundlich an. Hier muss ich die Mitarbeitern im Restaurant hervorheben. Der wahrscheinlich der jüngste, Derek mit seinem Temperament, Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit ist ein Spitzenreiter. Er hat immer gute Leune, spricht die Gäste, ob alt oder jung, immer sehr freundlich an. Seine Unermüdlichkeit ist erstaunlich. Ach am Abend, wenn seine Beine schon mit sicherlich weh tun, lässt er nichts bemerken und seine gute Laune bleibt erhalten. Aber auch die Frauen, Marianne, Gabrielle, Kathi und Yoha sind mit Ihren Professionalität und Freundlichkeit einfach spitze. Die Zimmermädchen machen ihren Arbeit einfach unbemerkt und spitzenmäßig. Ich hoffe, dass die Hotelleitung diese Mitarbeiter noch länger behalten kann nd ich sie während meinem nächsten Urlaub wieder treffen kann.

Su suggerimenti di un amico che era stato loro ospite per la nostra prima vacanza a Tenerife, io, mia moglie e una coppia di amici, siamo stato ospiti al Vanilla Garden per 9 notti dal 7 al 15 ottobre 2024. Ci siamo trovati molto molto bene e durante tutta la vacanza ogni volta che passavamo difronte ad uno dei tantissimi mega hotel da 700/800 stanze che si trovano numerosissimi in zona pensavamo di essere stati superfortunati nel poter frequentare questo piccolo Hotel con personale simpatico, gentile e super disponibile. Una menzione particolare per la gentilissima Maria che parla bene l'ìtaliano e per Pedro senza dimenticare il resto del personale della reception, del ristorante e delle camere. Sono tutti veramente gentilissimi, sempre sorridenti e disponibili ad ogni necessità. L'Hotel è molto pulito così come la piscina e le zone in comune arricchite da curatissime piante e fiori colorati. La camera (la nostra era la 2016) ottima, grande, silenziosa con un bel terrazzo e tutte le dotazioni necessarie. La cucina è ottima, molto variata e anche mia moglie che è intolerrante al glutine si e' trovata sempre bene assistita dai vari chef ed in particolare da una bella signora francese sempre pronta ad indicarle, sia a colazione che a cena, cosa poteva e non poteva mangiare. Anche il prezzo, confrontato con altre strutture è stato, considerando che avevamo la mezza pensione, conveniente. La zona è molto frequentata e centrale e vicinissima alle spiaggie di Los America che si raggiungono a piedi comodamente ma l'hotel e' in una strada secondaria silenziosa. Se vogliamo trovare un piccolo difetto, peraltro non direttamente imputabile all'Hotel, e' la difficoltà di trovare parcheggio sulla via pubblica (non hanno garage) e qualche volta siamo stati costretti a parcheggiare l'auto presa in rent leggermente distanti (500/600 mt). Consigliamo vivamente a chi decidesse di andare nel sud di Tenerife questo piccolo boutique Hotel in cui noi ritorneremo sicuramente.

I'm currently staying here at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful..the food is good..location is excellent..it's a little gem of a place..will most definitely stay here again and I'll recommend to anyone who's coming out here for a holiday.. full 5 star 🌟

Would 100% return to this hotel! We stayed in the vanilla suite for 11 nights whilst we got married in Tenerife. The staff done everything they could to be a help and nothing was an issue. On arrival we got a glass of fizz and all the information we needed for staying in the hotel. We got to our room and had a bottle and some fruit left for us complimentary. The room was amazing even if we weren’t getting married we would pay the extra to stay in this room again. Our bridesmaid and groomsman were arriving the next again day and reception managed to organise getting them a room close to us, they had a standard room and even that was really nice! Breakfast was a good selection although most of the time I stuck to the cooking from the chef as I love a bacon and different types of eggs. The cooking was spot on everytime. Although it was close to the ***** you couldn’t hear a noise from it and wouldn’t even realise how close you were. Already looking to come back again next year.

Location location location! Enjoyed being walking distance to everything and the noise isn’t as bad as people make it out to be. We had a room on the inside of the hotel and we found no problem with the noise from local bars nor the construction which is currently being carried out. (Although blatant during the day when by the pool) Loved staying here and found the beach front a quiet spot to eat and enjoyed walking to the other resorts (only 25 mins along a scenic beach route) to see different sides to Tenerife. The reception team couldn’t be more helpful and we booked Siam Park and our taxi back through them. - They even arranged a breakfast basket for us as with our return flight we wouldn’t have been able to go down to breakfast. Hotel itself is clean and well presented. The room had a Mini fridge (which we emptied and put our own things in there) and basic tea/coffee facilities. The hotel could provide pool towels with a refundable deposit and the hotel has generic shampoo/shower gel. Pool bar shows live sports but dependent on what other guests are also looking to watch but they don’t put the sound on as the pool plays music which does get louder on Friday/saturday. Only criticisms would be the reservation of sunbeds which is a hard thing to control and I’d love to be able to book a room only rate as the breakfast was chaotic and finished at 10:30. Overall if I returned to Tenerife I would book this hotel again and the reviews of the resort are exaggerated in terms of noise and drunken behaviour.

My boyfriend and I stayed in June and forgot to write a review , but we would definitely come again was such a nice stay and the location is great for people who like to party. We didn’t really eat the food included but I highly recommend the smash restraint opposite the hotel

Check in: nice and easy and we were given a welcome drink which was a lovely touch. Thankyou it was needed after getting through security in the airport. First impressions of the hotel is that it is very well maintained with all the plant life they have which I thought was lovely. Plus everywhere seems clean! The room: clean and tidy comes with a mini fridge which has drinks and snacks in (payable but not expensive) only thing I would say is the shower glass needs re sealing as it leaks towards the toilet but that’s just a maintenance issue. Over the course of the week we had a cleaner come in every day clean sides and replenish toilet rolls and towels and make our bed (hotel style) we actually thought this was so good I’ve been to other hotels and it’s every other day. The cleaners were respectful and didn’t move any of our personal belongings. The level of trust is nice in this hotel. Food: half board. We had breakfast every morning. The buffet isn’t massive like other hotels where you find a large section however, you get tea coffee juice and water. Food options full section of eggs to your liking cooked on order as well as bacon. You can get fried sausages and round hash browns, beans plus loads of cheeses hams cereals yogurts fruits bread with normal toasting machines plus your normal rotating ones if you like them on holiday. Lastly they have a chocolate fountain with pastries. Evening meal: we only had it once since we planned to eat out most of the time however what we did eat was nice but can’t overly comment on this. Lunch (payable) we had lunch there a few times and the foods is so nice! I’d recommend paying for lunch there it’s worth it! Swimming pool: doesn't open till 9am so you can’t reserve beds untill then. They give you 30mins to allow you to put your towel down and grab breakfast which isn’t too bad. The beds at the back are the best for all day long sunshine! We were given some vouchers for across the road which was nice as I think they are owned by the same company. Fantastic foods so worth nipping across. I did see on reviews a lot of people mentioning being harassed for certain things as they walked out the hotel. We only noticed that my boyfriend would be asked as we got on Veronica ***** which at the bottom of the hill plus just saying you don’t do that was more than enough we didn’t feel that after saying this they weren’t happy about it. We did avoid Veronica at night simply because we didn’t want to be involved in any issues. You can go around it through the back roads. Overall fantastic hotel and we would 100% stay again!

We zijn 12 dagen in dit hotel geweest in de groene kamers op de begane grond. Het ontbijt is erg goed en gevarieerd. Het hele hotel inclusief zwembad is prachtig aangekleed met planten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waarin wij verbleven zijn echt aan renovatie toe, de laminaat vloer ligt er los in waardoor deze veert en schuift. Er hebben denk ik vroeger plavuizen in gelegen er zit een kier van ruin 1cm tussen de vloer en plint waar zich helaas kakkerlakken in verstoppen niet fijn om deze beestjes te zien na het gemeld te hebben werd er onmiddellijk actie ondernomen en iets gespoten waardoor we er na een half uur al een vonden die het niet overleefd had. De bad kamer is netjes behalve dat er een soort van vlonder in de douche ligt erg vreemd waarschijnlijk is de originele ondergrond te glad onze kinderen hadden geen vlonder en zijn uitgegleden in de douche. De schoonmaak is niet echt geweldig op de kamers er lagen nog kruimels toen we aankwamen die er na drie dagen nog lagen heb toen het een en ander verzet zodat ze ze wel moes zien liggen. In de badkamer doen ze alleen wastafel en toilet de douche werd niet gedaan we kwamen hier achter toen we een dode kakkerlak vonden in de douche hebben deze laten liggen zodat ze het zelf konden zien dat ze aanwezig waren. Toen ik toevallig op de kamer kwam was er net schoongemaakt maar de dode kakkerlak lag er nog heb de schoonmaakster erbij geroepen ze deed er nogal nonchalant over. Al met al een fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel
