Labranda Alyssa Suite Hotel

A fantastic place to stay overall. Lovely setting and gardens with views to Fuerteventura and nice spacious, modern, clean bungalows with a large terrace. Pool area is relaxing and was never busy and we loved the 3 pools (one hot, one warm and one cool). The restaurant terrace was a lovely place to sit for meals and the food was very good quality with plenty of choice and fresh fruit, salad and veg; the fish and meat cooked on the plancha and the fresh baked pizzas were especially good. Staff were friendly and good service. The whole place felt well run and had a nice 'small' hotel atmosphere compared to some of the larger complexes we have stayed in before. Playa Blanca was a great holiday location with a long promenade, sheltered bays for snorkeling and wilder beaches outside of town. The hike up Montana Roja was well worth it for the views. We would definitely come back to this hotel and would recommend it for a relaxing family holiday. We went all inclusive which was very good value and even included some cocktails at the pool bar. Really can't understand the bad reviews...I think they must have gone to a different place :)

I went with my girlfriend for valentines week for our all inclusive winter break and it was lovely, The staff are very friendly and the rooms are really nice and comfortable, The food was amazing for us salads,seafood,fresh grill,Quality.

Just back from our third stay at this hotel and feel I must write an honest review to give balance to previous reviews. Some reviewers are so unfair in their comments Firstly we found no problems with a bad smell in reception area…..it is near to the restaurant so food smells are inevitable. Secondly we did notice a slight reduction in food options, maybe as a result of cost cutting following the take over of the group by a German company, but there is still plenty of choice and the restaurant terrace is still fabulous. Reception staff are amazing (thanks again Elmy for sorting out our first floor room) and delays at check in are due to new laws requiring collection of additional personal data. Do your research about the location before booking and if you want to be in the thick of PB action, choose somewhere else and not the peaceful setting here. Finally, some reviewers seem to forget the extremely good value for money offered at Alyssa compared to other hotels in the area. All in all a very good option but do your research to make sure it offers what you want before booking.

From the minute we walked in we were hit with a strange unpleasant smell which carried from the reception into the restaurant area. It quiet frankly makes you retch. When we asked the staff what the smell was they added 298 other guests have not complained of course they haven.t Read your previous reviews on trip advisor we are not the first to mention this and probably wont be the last Needless to say the reception area was avoided for our four night stay and we only entered the restaurant to have toast and yoghurt of a morning everything else was sub standard this we done by bypassing the reception area and gaining access to the side of the restaurant.after spending almost £800 for all inclusive for four nights we opted to each out every night. Whilst the rooms are ok light and airey they are not cleaned. A false eyelash obviously left from a previous occupant remained under one of our beds for the entire stay. This leads me onto the beds. They are dreadful. If you moved during the night they squeaked very thin mattress and inadequent bed linen. February whilst lovely and hot during the day is very cool of an evening bring your hoodies. Never did we walk in an think oooow it smells nice and fresh. I purposely left cotton wool under the sink which again remained there for the entire stay and after a couple of days visiting the beautiful beaches the sand too remained in the shower tray. This is no way a four star hotel two star it pushing it AVOID there are must nicer hotels. thankfully we did have a car. If your not driving your staying there at the mercy of the awful evening entertainment and dreadful food!!!!!!!!!!!

Went there to celebrate my birthday and had best time! Bar staff absolutely lovely but young blonde woman on reception was very rude. But other than that I totally recommend staying there! Location is good if you want to get the steps in for the day. Lovely views from the restaurant

NO LO RECOMIENDO Pésima gestión y nula atención al cliente. OJO no admiten margen de error HE PERDIDO 200 euros!!! Reservé en Labranda Alyssa el 8 de febrero, pero por un fallo en la web, las fechas se restablecieron y sin darme cuenta hice la reserva para esa misma noche. Me di cuenta en menos de una hora y contacté con el hotel de inmediato para corregir el error. Desde entonces, he intentado solucionarlo de todas las maneras posibles: llamé al hotel, gestioné la solicitud a través de Booking, a la central de reservas… pidiendo un cambio de fecha. En lugar de modificar la reserva, me la cancelaron y al volver a pedirlo, nuevamente me lo rechazan COBRÁNDOME LA PRIMERA NOCHE. Es un descaro que un error que se podría haber solucionado al momento me cueste 200 euros. Es indignante que no se permita subsanar un fallo evidente y se aferren a políticas rígidas con tal de quedarse el dinero. NO PIENSO HOSPEDARME MÁS EN ESTA CADENA NI RECOMENDARLA
