Estuvimos en este hotel hace 8 años con mis hijos y nos encantó. Hemos vuelto y aún estamos alojados en el hotel. La comida es repetitiva y de muy baja calidad considerando las estrellas que tiene. La limpieza de la habitación es correcta pero de la piscina, hamacas y demás deja mucho que desear. La verdad ye ha cambiado mucho desde hace 8 años. El personal agradable pero no tienen la información que necesitan tener para trabajar en el.

He pasado 5 dias con mi pareja y debo decir que en ninguna de las veces que han pasado a limpiar la habitación nos han cambiado las sabanas. El horario de la cena era de 18:30 a 21:30 horas y es inaceptable que a las 21:45 ya no había nada en las bandejas y te quitaban el plato de delante sin dejar de avisarte que iban a cerrar. Nuestro vuelo de vuelta salió a las 20:00 y no tuvieron el más mínimo detalle de informarnos de la posibilidad de poder salir de la habitación mas tarde de las 11:00 (porque si es un servicio que tienen) ……y se considera un hotel de 5 estrellas!!!!!….señores mucho tienen que aprender de otros hoteles de menos estrellas y de la misma cadena, en fin penoso.

Formal Complaint Regarding Food Poisoning and Poor Customer Service I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the highly distressing incident my husband and I experienced during our stay at your hotel, specifically in relation to the quality of food served at your buffet and the subsequent customer service we received. On 9th March we dined at the hotel buffet and consumed beef steak which, upon tasting, smelt rancid and was evidently of poor quality and rotten. The restaurant manager and chef, upon inspection, confirmed that this was unacceptable and took immediate action by removing all batches of the beef from the buffet. They also took note of our hotel room number, 4303, for reference as we were concerned given we had eaten some of this off meat. Unfortunately, within the subsequent days, both my husband and I developed severe food poisoning, directly affecting the enjoyment and quality of our holiday. My husband’s condition was so critical that he required medical intervention onsite at the hotel, including injections to curb the sickness. Consequently, we avoided eating at the hotel for the remaining 3–4 days of our stay, incurring additional expenses to dine outside the premises. Furthermore, the illness caused us to lose two full days of our holiday due to incapacitation. To add to our distress, when we reported this to the reception staff, we were met with unacceptable rudeness and a complete lack of accountability in particular Leydis who was extremely rude shouting and making comments to the point where I had to ask her to remove herself from the conversation she was very dismissive of the situation telling me I must provide science lab reports proving that the meat was off…Despite our initial complaint about the rancid beef being confirmed at the time in the restaurant, Leydis told us that unless we could provide physical evidence linking our illness directly to the food served, the hotel would not accept any responsibility - this was then further backed up by Elizabeth who requested photos of the meat and again remained adamant that she would not take any ownership of the matter further backing this position on the fact that no other guests had fallen unwell. This dismissive and unprofessional attitude for a senior manager further compounded our disappointment and frustration and I left the hotel extremely upset. I have been a customer of this hotel for over 12 years and have stayed nearly 10 times across this period and I can honestly say this has been one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever experienced at a hotel of a 5 star rating. Given the circumstances, we believe the hotel bears responsibility for this situation. We therefore request the following: A formal apology for the substandard food and the poor treatment we received from your reception staff. No nos esperábamos esto después de todas las buenas opiniones que tiene, anoche intentamos hacer la reserva para ir con la familia y después de varios intentos (ya que su pagina no funcionaba) y de escribir un mail al hotel para informar de la incidencia, cual es nuestra sorpresa que han subido hoy el precio y no nos respetan el precio que nos dieron ayer. No es significativa la subida, pero no es problema nuestro y no creemos que sea la mejor manera de actuar de un hotel de 5 estrellas ,

Es un hotel pensado para familias aunque la zona only adults esta genial con la piscina para adultos. La habitación amplia y la cama aceptable. Pedi una almohada mas baja que me trajeron enseguida y la limpieza ok. La comida muy rica, bastante variedad y cenas temáticas. Muy cuidadosos con las intolerancias y celiaquia. Al lado del hotel no hay playa pero a 10 min en coche de playas preciosas como Papagayo o Mujeres. Aunque está bien, la quinta estrella le sobra, pero tiene detalles de mantenimiento que no hay en un cinco, ni las bebidas, etc...

El equipo de animacion es increíble. No puedo esperar al próximo año para veros de nuevo. Gracias a todos en especial a Jenifer, Paula, Jaime, Lucas, Hari, Óscar, Judit,Julia,Alba, Dante gracias por hacer de mis vacaciones las mejores de mi vida chicos.
