Hipotels Natura Palace Adults Only

We rated Natura Palace 5 stars because it really is wonderful in every aspect. You walk through the door and it really feels like coming home in fact we class it as our second home. The hotel is so clean in every area. Our room 1024 overlooked the pool the housekeeping staff did an amazing job every day and it was cleaned to such an high standard, little touches in the room water, fruit, orange juice and chocolates were lovely. Restaurant experience what can I say just fantastic the food at both breakfast and dinner was beautiful so much choice and the chefs prepared food which was such a wonderful culinary experience. We really loved Canarian Night and Gala Night. All the staff in the restaurant work so hard and nothing is too much trouble for them, a big shout out to Alba and Jose who run the restaurant so well. We loved spending time at the pool and we loved sipping Sangria at the pool bar, big shout out to Carlos who make wonderful cocktails too and he was so friendly. We loved Marea bar and visited during the day and night. Our check in was so smooth and the lovely glass of Cava was just so welcoming, once Manu had checked us in we had a light snack in the dining room which was really appreciated after our journey. All staff work hard on reception but 2 really stand out because they are so friendly and always had time to chat they are Carlos and Katazzyna. Carolina the deputy manager was so lovely we chatted many times. We have to say a huge thank you to Sabina Hotel Manager we don't have enough words to explain how wonderful she is. Sabina is a credit to the company and Natura Palace she really works so hard every day and runs the hotel like clockwork, thank you too for sorting our next reservation. We recommend this hotel to everyone and we really wouldn't stay anywhere else because it is so wonderful.

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, with friendly, happy staff. Stayed here for a week with my son and daughter in law. Rooms were really big with comfortable beds and pillows. Food was ok, with plenty of choice. Not gourmet, but none of us went hungry. Very quiet hotel, with no loud music by the pool except for pool aerobics once a week. The WiFi was excellent in every area of the hotel. There’s a nice little shop on site which sells essentials and some gifts. Evening entertainment was superb with some great singers performing. The hotel faces the sea, and we could see Fuerteventura from our rooms. Lovely Greek restaurant nearby called Benedycts. We had an excellent meal there one evening.

Today is our last day and we are devastated to be leaving! We have had the most glorious week at Natura Palace, the hotel is magnificent, in a lovely picturesque part of playa Blanca. The entertainment is the best I have ever seen in a hotel and as soon as we ate out we always came back for it, the area where it is, is so comfortable and inviting. We were B&B and the choice of food was immense, the only small thing I would say is the hot drinks weren’t the best but that is such a minor thing. The walk to the strip is around 20 minutes but you can get a taxi for 5 euros or the bus is 1.40 each, but there are also some lovely restaurants to the left of the hotel around a 5 minute walk. Our first visit to Lanzarote has been amazing and we most definitely be back!
