Apartamentos LIVVO Coloradamar

Da ich pensioniert wurde, hatte ich mir diese Apartmentanlage ausgesucht um dies einmal anders zu feiern, nämlich in Ruhe geniessen, dies konnten wir. Check in reibungslos, wir fühlten uns willkommen, wir wurden zur Appartement begleitet. Apartment zweckmässig ausgestattet, wie bereits erwähnt 2 Zimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche mit den nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet, für Selbstversorger genügend, wir hatten einiges mitgebracht. Terrasse mit 2 Liegen, Tisch und 4 Stühlen, 1 Schirm und eine zusätzlicher Sonnenschutz war angebracht. Wir waren froh zu Beginn ein zusätzliches Zimmer zu haben, da der Schlafrhythmus sehr verschieden war. Betten soweit bequem. Reinigungskräfte, die einen speditiv die andern waren sehr gründlich und speditiv, immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, danke den guten Sellen. Wir waren Selbstversorger, es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe. Hatten einen Mietwagen, Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, man konnte die Seele baumeln lassen. Erneuerung von einigen Dingen währe gut, Bratpfanne, war zu gebrauchen, aber sie dürfte in Rennte gehen. Sofabezüge und Matratzenbezüge dürften eine Grundreinigung erfahren. An einem Sonntagnachmittag stand bei uns auf einmal die Tür offen, wir wunderten uns, da ja niemand rein oder raus ging. Wir versuchten die Türe zu schliessen, sie ging immer wieder auf, dann bei der Kontrolle des Schlosses stellten wir fest, dass das Türschield am Schloss locker war, hatten dies wieder angeschraubt und Türe war wieder in Ordnung.

On arrival check in was smooth and efficient we instantly felt welcome . We were taken to our villa villa 26. The reception is not manned always so we were given a Wats app number should we have any issues. The apartment is two bedroomed I shape villa . Both bedrooms were spacious and two bathrooms .the main living room had two rings and microwave kettle toaster and a fridge freezer . Yes the room is a little dated but has everything you need and is spotlessly clean . Apparently the hotel was full but we heard no one saw no one most days as your terrace is so private and you have two sun loungers in the garden area. Now the pool it was peak season and just wow. We arrived at 1030 and found ourselves fighting over what Bali bed or sun longer we wanted we were alone. When we left at 1230 one person had arrived . I had my own pool paddling pool shower. We tried this on two other days it didn't get any busier. The area around the complex is quiet a few bars and a supermarket . Walk a little further and you get another supermarket at half the price The local bus outside the hotel 140 and your in town within ten minutes. We wanted a relaxing hotel and that's what we got no screaming children no mini disco and we felt like we had the complex almost to ourselves. I cannot complain in any way

If you are looking for peace and quiet then this is the place for you. From start to finish we had such a relaxing holiday. I can not rate this place enough. The bungalows were fab, two bedrooms two bathrooms your own little terrace outside with sun lingers, then there’s the pool area, I think the modt people I seen down at the pool in one day is around 6 people, so there’s always lots of space with zero need to claim sunbirds early. There’s a supermarket across the road with a handful of small bars and nice little places to eat. Our favourite was Frankie’s bar and kitchen. We will definitely be back

Vraiment parfait, cuisine bien agencée, pratique, 2 chambres confortables, bonne literie, climatisation, 2 salles de bains,salon agréable télé qui marche bien , belle terrasse avec barbecue, lieux bien sécurisé, ménage fait tous les jours, top ! seul regret, le jacuzzi et la magnifique piscine est réservée aux courageux, dommage vu le soleil et température extérieur qu'elle ne soit pas chauffée malgré cela, nous reviendrons, nous sommes des habitués de Lanzarote, c'est une location à recommander

We visit every six months and have never been disappointed,staff,facilities and location are top class.I cannot praise the staff highly enough.The local commercial center has some excellent cafes and the Rubicon Center is a reasonable walk away.

Perfect accommodation. Very clean and well equipped. So peaceful and quiet. Great outdoor space for breakfast or an evening drink and during the day great for chilling or sunbathing, very secluded and sheltered from the wind. The pool area is very comfortable, immaculate and always empty! There is a supermarket and a few bars directly opposite and an amazing restaurant called Furancho do Tono where the tapas is exceptional. If you don't mind walking, the walk along the front to the marina is very pleasant with a bigger selection of bars and restaurants.
