H10 Timanfaya Palace

J’ai passé quelques jours dans cet hôtel et voici mon ressenti général. Les points positifs : Le calme règne dans l’hôtel, ce qui est très agréable pour se reposer. Le respect et la gentillesse du personnel, que ce soit les serveurs ou les femmes de ménage, sont à souligner. L’équipe fait tout son possible pour satisfaire les clients, et les autres vacanciers sont également respectueux, ce qui rend le séjour plaisant. Mention spéciale pour les animations de journée et du soir organisées par les animateurs, qui sont très bien faites et largement suffisantes pour passer un bon moment. Les points à améliorer : Cependant, j’ai été déçu par plusieurs aspects de l’hôtel. Le buffet manque de variété, notamment le matin et le midi, où les plats sont souvent les mêmes. Le choix et la qualité laissent à désirer, et j’ai eu l’impression d’être dans une cantine avec des assiettes et des verres souvent sales. De plus, les serveurs, bien que faisant de leur mieux, sont parfois maladroits et font tomber des objets régulièrement. Concernant les chambres, celles qui ne sont pas en catégorie « privilège » manquent d’entretien : il n’y a pas de changement de draps, et les serviettes de douche ne sont jamais remplacées. Les serviettes de plage coûtent 1€ pour être changées, même en formule all inclusive, ce qui est assez décevant. Un autre point très décevant, c’est que même en formule all inclusive, l’eau coûte 4€ la bouteille. De plus, il n’y a aucune boisson dans les chambres, et une fois la bouteille d’eau consommée, le remplissage coûte 1€. Ayant l’habitude de voyager (au moins 6 voyages par an dans le monde), je n’ai jamais vu une telle politique dans d’autres hôtels. Il est également interdit de réserver les chaises longues à la piscine le matin, sous peine de voir ses affaires retirées. À noter également qu’à proximité des chaises longues près du restaurant de la plage, des odeurs de friture provenant des systèmes d’aération rendent le moment de détente désagréable. Le massage intégral proposé manque d’efficacité : il est très mou et se concentre principalement sur les pieds et les jambes, au détriment du reste du corps. Enfin, peu de membres du personnel parlent français, ce qui peut poser problème pour certains vacanciers. L’hôtel mériterait également quelques rénovations pour améliorer le confort général ! Nous recevons la chambre uniquement à 15h00 même si notre arriver est à 10h00 🤨

Es la 4ª vez que nos hospedamos en este precioso hotel, y como siempre un 10 en casi todo. Lo mejor de este hotel son los empleados, muy atentos, agradables y muy cercanos. Las instalaciones preciosas y limpias. El bufé de gran calidad y variado. Las bebidas de los bares son de 1ª calidad. La atención en recepción no puede ser mejor. UN AGRADECIMIENTO MUY ESPECIAL para nuestra amiga Montse Fernández de reservas y también para Javier que nos hizo un gran favor, también para Uxía y Juanjo de recepción, en el comedor Pepe, Fran, Mojamé y Sandra, en los bares Elena, Alba, Dari, Noemí, Ángel, Enrique, Suso, Pilar y Loly, que nos han alegrado mucho nuestra estancia con su amabilidad y cariño. LO NEGATIVO: La animación diurna, participamos en el aqua fit todos los días, y excepto el chico que dijo algo en español, las chicas a lo suyo SOLO EN INGES y sabían que eramos españoles, en el bingo la chica belga no sabía los números en español y preguntaba a los huéspedes como se decía en español, el penúltimo día hablamos con ellos y se lo dijimos, se disculparon por no hablar en español durante las actividades. Las actuaciones nocturnas especialmente Ginger & Spice ni gracias cuando se le aplaudía, entonces dejamos de aplaudir. La piscina cubierta necesita urgentemente limpieza de cristales. De todos modos hemos vuelto encantados y ya tenemos reservado para el año.

Wish we’d returned to lovely Lanzarote after our disastrous hotel holiday in 2014….. wish we’d found this hotel… Just returned from a weeks stay, everything about our holiday was great, this hotel certainly ticks a lot our boxes. Our room had a great view of the sea, lovely to hear the waves crashing, with great sunsets, was kept lovely and clean, and was in a great position within the hotel for us in relation to the floors etc and for us for where we liked to relax for the day. The bars and restaurants, food and drinks were great, branded drinks, buffet restaurant had themed nights very nice, pool bar snacks were also very nice. Kasbah restaurant which you get 1 visit per week was very nice, the best a la carte all inclusive meal we’ve had tbh. Mikes coffee shop also a nice addition to have for a change, just nice for a mid morning coffee and muffin. Grounds of the hotel are immaculate, very inviting and in keeping with the appearance, spread out so you don’t feel you’re all crammed in one area. Heated pool is a big tick for us as we don’t usually use the pools as usually very cold so this was a lovely change. Sunbeds very comfy and sturdy too in comparison to other places we’ve been too. Entertainment was the best we’ve had on holiday, usually we don’t end up staying it’s rubbish but the acts chosen here we so good every night we just thought the next night couldn’t get better but did, Ginger & Spice, Gentlemen on Tour, The Soul Hunters were so good, thoroughly enjoyed our evenings in the Disco bar. Evenings were a great set up here, something for everyone, either as I’ve said the Disco bar or the Piano Bar with live music too, usually a quiz or bingo going on too and black jack, pool, games area, this hotel has thought of it all, great selection for all which is the same during the day too. Such attention to detail here, interactive material for guests to use for information as well. Staff go above and beyond and work so hard to ensure you have a good holiday. Having read trip advisor reviews prior to our holiday, some of the things I’d read astonishes me. I’m so pleased I had the pleasure of meeting Jose in the pool bar one lunchtime, a true gentleman who runs a fantastic hotel and certainly NOT the strutting peacock he’d been called before! Only a couple of things we could think to improve on, we meant to put into the suggestion box but forgot allergy information more clearly marked, that’s because I’m allergic to shellfish for example there were eggs one day topped with what assume was crab I was informed by my husband. Some people struggle with mobility and we saw people struggle on steps on the front, probably a grab rail on the sides of steps would help them. These are only minor suggestions and nothing to moan about, we’d be back in a heartbeat. The cats here are so well looked after, they don’t bother you bless them, great to see them so happy. Our first visit to this lovely hotel, and defo not our last. We were given a sea view room even though we hadn't paid for it. Lovely hotel, lovely room, lovely staff. Really enjoyed our first visit. Call out to Sergio in the bar, he was such a lovely guy and a credit to the hotel. Will defo be back next year. Can highly recommend. One thing we really loved was the fob system, no carrying of room keys, safe keys etc, great idea of fob and safe. Only down side was lack.of zero drinks and not enough info on allergens on food. Cannot fault this hotel apart from that.

A unos días de terminar nuestra semana de vacaciones en el hotel, creo que puedo valorar correctamente todos los servicios e instalaciones. Desde el minuto uno, el personal te trata siempre con una sonrisa. Mencionar especialmente a Pepe y a Fran, que su servicio en el restaurante es impecable. Para los días de viento, recomiendo la piscina climatizada, una pena que cierre a las 17:00h Las actividades son muy amenas y los animadores lo hacen muy bien. La oferta para el Todo Incl., me parece muy buena ya que entran grandes marcas. La única pega hasta ahora ha sido el Room Service.. Pedí por teléfono unas bebidas (que no entiendo porque tengo que pagar las bebidas si tengo All Inclusive). Al traerlas a la habitación, la chica me dice que no me lo puede cargar directamente en la habitación, porque la PDA no tiene suficiente cobertura para traerla hasta arriba. Tampoco hay datáfono..por lo que tengo que bajar con ella al bar, para pasar la pulsera...Si lo hubiera sabido antes, hubiese bajado yo desde el principio hasta el bar para buscar las bebidas, y evitando pagar por algo que ya me viene incluido en mis vacaciones. Puedo entender el suplemento por el Room Service, pero no el pago total de las consumiciones. Quitando ese detalle, recomendaría la estancia en este hotel. A 30min andando, estás en una zona de bares, restaurantes y tiendas. Playa Flamingo, está justo en la parte trasera del hotel, con acceso casi directo. Empresa de alquiler de vehículos a 700m

Fantastic hotel beautiful selection of top quality food , themed nights every nights with different foods always very good choice , omelette on a morning we're freshly made and piping hot and delicious with real fresh back bacon on show cooking along with all other breakfast items . The bar staff were lovely and friendly and most of them were really funny very entertaining. The drinks were all branded quality drinks and the cocktails were freshly made up for you .. my husband needed medication so I asked at reception where pharmacy was and the lovely gentleman on reception took me there and back and really didn't make me feel like I was putting him out . The hotel is spotless and I can't praise it enough it is definitely 5 star we really enjoyed our week holiday here and we will definitely return

The staff make this a memorable place to stay. We have been going regularly for some years now and still enjoy every stay. The hotel is well located a short walk from Playa Blanca. he rooms and public areas are always clean. The food in the main restaurant is very good with a great variety and cook to order every night. The Kasbah a la carte restaurant is North African themed again with a good menu. There is entertainment in the piano bar and always a lively night in the "disco bar" which is theatre style. Great waiter service in all the bars! The all inclusive covers most well known branded spirits in addition to wine, cava and Estrella beer. I can't emphasis how much we enjoy staying here. A really good standard but not too fancy. No hesitation in recommending to anyone who wants an all inclusive adults only vacation.

Buenos días. Cómo siempre y después de 16 años con vstros ha sido todo maravilloso. Es difícil, no pedir más, sino el sólo el hecho encontrar, k en algún lugar se llegue a estar cerca del H10 Timanfaya y su excelencia en el personal. Volveremos antes de fin de este año.

Excellent hotel, decor and room cleanliness first class as is the entire hotel. Food and drinks selection just perfect. The perfect hotel for the perfect holiday. Management and staff caring and very friendly PS Piano bar a must for relaxing after dinner drinks following a stroll allowing the prom.
