Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort

Brilliant location between Playa Blanca town with the ferry terminal and the smaller Rubicon marina. The Princes Yaiza is also the nearest hotel to the main beach in Playa Blanca. We had a 2 room suit in one of the wings, the building design was such that it felt detached from the main body of the hotel. This also ment that we were away from the entertainment so the rooms were quiet. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast choice was substantial. After sunning ourselves by the seawater pool (the quieter pool) we could walk the three quarters of a mile to the town centre and it's shops and restaurants or the shorter walk to the restaurants at Rubicon. A really enjoyable stay.

We’ve just completed our third stay at this fantastic family-friendly hotel within the past year. It continues to offer a high-quality experience that caters exceptionally well to both adults and children—something that’s quite rare to find. The location is great, and the staff are consistently helpful and friendly. A special mention goes to Genis at the Don Giovanni restaurant. He truly stands out as an exceptional team member—welcoming, attentive, and always made an effort to greet us personally. His hospitality added a personal touch to our stay and he’s undoubtedly an asset to the hotel. The entertainment team also deserves praise for their engaging and proactive approach, particularly with families. They made sure guests were aware of daily activities and encouraged participation in a warm and friendly manner. However, there were a few aspects this time that didn’t quite match up to our previous visits in May and November 2024. Most notably, the Don Giovanni restaurant’s menu had changed, and we found the dining options much more limited. As a result, we chose to dine there less frequently this time, though the service remained excellent when we did. On a positive note, the Kampai Teppanyaki restaurant was great—delicious food and a fun, interactive experience that even captivated our 3-year-old son. The entire resort continues to maintain high standards of cleanliness, and our room offered a lovely view overlooking the pools. One disappointment was that the gym was closed for most of our 9 day stay , so I only managed to use it once, unlike our previous visits where it was a feature I really enjoyed. While this stay didn’t quite live up to the high bar set by our earlier visits, we still had a good time and will no doubt return again in the future.

Maravilloso hotel, es la tercera vez que venimos y por supuesto repetiremos, personal super atento, comida deliciosa, todo limpisimo, trato personalizado....
