Boutique Hotel H10 White Suites - Adults Only

Quite a lot of older folk staying at the hotel during my stay, however this did not bother me in the slightest. Clean room, friendly staff, and lovely breakfast. Great location- five minute walk (if even) to Playa Dolarada and shop across the road. Thank you.

He viajado con mi pareja por nuestro aniversario y buscábamos algo tranquilo pero con un buen servicio. Era la primera vez que elegíamos un hotel de esta compañía pero nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Sin duda este hotel es perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones.

Just returned from a two week stay here. Initially Bed and Breakfast but upgraded to all inclusive for the last three days more for the drinks than the food. The staff were so friendly especially reception anything we asked they delivered even late checkout in the last day which was very much appreciated. Rooms were spacious and well maintained cleaned every day to a good standard, comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the location nice walk to marina. The only disappointment for us was the food, breakfast was great lots of choice and good standard, Lunch and dinner in the restaurant was not to our liking so when we upgraded to AI we thought the pool bar food would be better I’m afraid deep frying and refrying doesn’t produce good food. I must add although we booked bed and breakfast we were given complimentary dinner that we could swap for lunch which was a nice gesture but the majority of the time we ate out. All in all we had a lovely holiday.

We (wife & I) travelled to this hotel for a late break, with the wife having been here in June. Having read some of the reviews I was a little worried but these were very soon relieved. The welcome and check-in from the staff was quick and easy. Wristbands on but unable to access room until the known 3pm availability timing. We changed and went poolside to immediately get two beds. There were no 'sunbed wars' as the red-tops would refer to it as. Poolside vibe very chilled with occasional music / dj / activities. DJ 'Nandy' was a bit too much volume-wise for a lunchtime (and that's with us having been to Ibiza last year) - volume down a bit please! Pools were both cold but I understand one will be heated over the winter months. You soon got used to it when in there. Hot tub area needs a total re-vamp. Decking boards are loose and near on dangerous - watch your footing! Meals: Breakfast was good. Have to queue for the bacon / eggs / omelette but not for too long. Some complain about this but I'd prefer fresh over floodlit. Lunch in the main restaurant - very similar to dinner really - good choice of what I would term more rustic Spanish fayre along with the standards... could it have been a bit hotter? - yes but then it would spoil quicker.... There is a microwave for those that want it. Poolside bar - lunchtime they will take your drinks and food order and bring over. Food a tad basic but all ok really. Nightime, you queue for your drinks but never for too long really. Drinks are always of a good quality. Beer on draft or you can ask for bottles of Estrella (both with / without alcohol). Staff All round excellent. Made you feel very welcome and soon got to know you! This is the same for bar, restaurant and cleaning staff. Rooms Excellent size, very clean. Air con wasn't the best but kept it at a comfortable temperature. No ice cold rooms here. Minibar contents free first time. We both really enjoyed it, wouldn't normally go back to the same hotel with a few exceptions, and this is one of those exceptions.

On arrival we asked if we could upgrade the room and the staff were brilliant in arranging the upgrade. The room was available early which is always nice. We did go full broad but in the evenings we like to go into town or marina to try different places to eat. We did notice the hotel was reacting to sun beds being taken and no one using them, by collecting towels, etc and bagging them up to leave at the life guard station. This was our second time staying at this hotel and we will be going back.

The staff at this hotel are a great family. Small but has everything. Several swimming pools, a la carte restaurant, good variety of food and excellent service. Second year in a row we have been here and have already booked for next year because it never disappoints.

So unfortunately we had a fair few issues with the hotel… I wouldn’t call this a boutique hotel at all, it all needs updating. From the decor, to the painting to the furniture. You had to ensure you was up at the crack of Dawn to get a sun-bed as there doesn’t seem to be enough, the pools need a good scrub as look very grotty & run down & then to top it off, me & my mum either had food poisoning or a sickness bug. This wiped us out for 24 hours. After letting reception know they didn’t seem interested at all and brushed it under the carpet. There was no concern for our health. We then heard of MANY other guests who had also fallen unwell with the same symptoms. Why the hotel wouldn’t have put out a precaution I don’t know to make guests aware that something nasty is going around. Really disappointed with the service and lack of care from this hotel. Some staff were friendly and others not so much. Our cleaner was lovely and actually was the only member of staff to ask how my mum was as she happened to come in when my mum was in bed. The only positives are the location and the day entertainment was really good and different.

Having just arrived home today after a 10 night stay I’m reviewing with a fresh perspective. Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was in good repair and ideal position for us. Comfortable bed, bedding good quality and also good shower. Staff in the main were pleasant and helpful. We were half board and liked being able to swap our evening meal for lunch a few times. Breakfast choices really nice. We enjoyed the White Night but maybe the DJ needs to take into account the average age of the clientele. The band 4Beat were excellent as was Mike and his partner. Great rock and guitar playing. Cons: Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. No clean towels left one day and then only one towel left on 2 other days. Food particularly in the evenings was not good. One member of staff on the grill gave my husband fish not cooked in the middle. Lots of the food was only lukewarm. We were worried we would get ill so ate out in the evening most nights. The behaviour of people staying there when it came to around the pool verged on obsessive. I can see this was caused by lack of enough sunbeds but it made for very uncomfortable situations. Unfortunately this reminded me why I hate hotels sometimes when on holiday abroad it brings out the worse in some people who were out there in the dark some mornings to make sure they got the same sunbeds in exactly the same spot every morning. Crazy. We love Playa Blanca and have holidayed there many times and will continue to do so unfortunately not at this hotel.

The hotel is a little paradise. The gardens are beautiful and the hotel is very well kept. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. In addition to this, the staff is very friendly. We also liked the location. Only 5 minutes from the beach. Great hotel.
