H10 Lanzarote Princess

Wir waren hier kürzlich im Urlaub und das Hotel hat uns super gefallen. Vom Zimmer, bis zum Service und dem Essen war alles perfekt für uns. Unser Highlight war aber das Animtionsteam -super nette Entertainer Sergio, Cris und Noelia, welche uns immer sehr sympathisch entgegenkamen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 🌴☀️

Rubbish hotel so so dirty food so disgusting and cold got the runs from the food may a mess in the toilet my fault change me €200 to clean it so not a 1 star hotel keep a way it is like a building site noise all day long reception staff are so rude don’t go there less you want to get the RUN PATRICK

The hotel was in good shape and very clean. The trees and plants around the grounds are attractive and give good shade. All staff were attentive, friendly and available. Food variety and quality was grand. Drink prices are competitive with local bars and the entertainment was actually quite good - I tend not to stick around for that but was happily surprised. One minor issue with a light, the technician was waiting for me by the time I got back to the room - you can't ask for more than that.

Great hotel in a great location, close to the beach, amenities and a short walk to the Rubicon Marina. The room was perfectly adequate and was cleaned every day and was very quiet. It just could have done with a bit more storage. We went half board as we don't feel the need to eat a lot of food at lunch time and the breakfast certainly sets you up for the day. The food was good with plenty of selection however it was sometimes a bit cold. There is a microwave for heating up though. You can also swap dinner for lunch if you want to try one of the local restaurants in the evening. The pool is gorgeous and there was absolutely no problem with sunbed availability. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We needed a wheelchair for one of our party and this was ready for us the next day. We also had a medical emergency which delayed our arrival at the hotel. The staff were ready for us when we eventually arrived with offers of food and anything that we needed. They also contacted us every few days to ask how we were doing. All in all, this is a great hotel for some winter sunshine and we will return

We are currently staying at this hotel and have found it to be very nice apart from the beds. They are like sleeping on concrete, but on speaking with reception, they did provide toppers. This hotel is very clean, but it really is showing its age, and it needs a lot of work to bring it up to a 4* standard. I stayed here 30 years ago and it was beautiful but not so much now. Our room on arrival had a broken fridge, and the sliding glass door to the balcony made a huge racket when opening, and it wouldn't lock. But they replaced the fridge and botched a repair to the balcony door. It is fair to say they have started renovating some of the rooms, but I'm led to believe these will be for Privileged guests.All hotels in the Canaries seem to be providing premium accommodation and facilities beyond the normal all inclusive. There is supposed to be a heated pool, but that's freezing cold as well. The food is of a good standard and a very good variety to choose from. Breakfast has a particularly good selection. Drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel as well if you're not all-inclusive. Location wise, it's perfect. It's central to the resort and close to the sea front and port, where you can get the ferry across Fuertaventura for the day at a cost of 35 euros. The no 30 bus that runs around the resort stops right outside the rear gate to the hotel for both directions. This makes it easy to get to the Rubicon Marina for the market on Wednesday or a Saturday , though local taxi'sare cheap. The bus station is a 20-minute stroll away where you can get the bus 161 to Puerto De Carmen. Which is a nice day out.

Higiene, trato personalizado y animación estupenda caracterizan este Hotel! Buena ubicación, con más de tres piscinas a disposición, un paseo marítimo, la playa preciosa y buenos centros comerciales con descuentos para este hotel 15%! Las comidas en general todas estupendas; con gran variedad y buena atención , Quiero hacer mención a la chica rubia del Italiano , fue mi cumpleaños y me trajo una tarta con velitas y me cantaron Happy birthday! Me hicieron sentir como en casa a mí y a mi pequeño que aunque es diferente supieron todos interactuar y animarle! Gracias H10 Princess sin dudas muy recomendable para pasar vacaciones en familia !!
