H10 Lanzarote Princess

Great hotel. Ideal location, facilities very good with two restaurants , two bars and a coffee shop. There is also an outdoor swimming pool All the staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money. I would defineately go to Lanzarote Princess again.

El hotel H10 Lanzarote Princess es excelente en todos los detalles: las habitaciones amplias y nuevas, piscinas grandísimas, restaurante buffet con una comida espectacular, la situación del hotel es perfecta, espectáculos y animación todos los días y un ambiente familiar. Una experiencia que repetiremos, seguro. Fuimos toda la familia a celebrar las bodas de oro de mis padres y lo pasamos genial. Nos ayudaron a organizar una sorpresa para mis padres y todo el personal es encantador.

Lukewarm food. . Having stayed here last year . I thought it was amazing. But sadly this year it has declined. Food not replenished very quickly. Sometimes no plates so you have to walk about until you find one. Wont be returning again . No where to hang clothes to dry on the balcony .

Having stayed in other H110 hotels we decided to book this one. The location was fabulous, room was ok. 2nd day we didn’t get any house keeping, called down to reception, within a few minuets someone came. Following day we were out all day, got back to the room OMG what an awful smell of sewers, it was that bad i was almost sick, my husband rang down to reception (i just couldn’t stay in the room, i went onto the balcony and closed the door) someone came up and sorted out whatever it was, the smell stayed around for quite a long time. The next day we asked at reception if we could swap our evening meal for lunch, very abruptly we were told no, not a real problem as we were going to eat out in the evening anyway. As for the food, well that’s another matter, I would put it at the very most 2 star (that’s being generous) it was just a mish mash of foods, trying to make a meal out of what was on offer was a task in itself. Our honest review, we will never stay in a H10 again. How #TUI can rate this as a 4 star is beyond me.

lets start with the good things. the room (we paid for a suite) was lovely and the lady who serviced the room was lovely too. The pool was freezing but great size but I'm ok with that as there was and indoor heated small one if you preferred or aren't brave enough to venture into the cold. The gardens well kept and staff friendly. The food and the service regarding the restaurant is certainly 2star. I think they need lots of staff training. more plates, more glasses, more t pots more napkins just so you can find somewhere to sit and eat basically.The waiting times for replenishment or more choices of food at any level of pace just never happened.. waiting 18 minutes for milk or ten minutes for juicer machine to be filled up seems bad to me.. Above all this any food that was supposed to be hot wasn't even warm. a good example would be pasta on a plate being picked up as a solid cold lump, very similar to play food that you get in ELC. any meat including in sauce or carved was cold to the touch. here is no hot plates or heat lamps to maintain the food and i think someone could get food poisoning. we spoke to two managers in the hotel after the second night was even worse than the first and to top it off there was hair in my salad and cold beef in a cold sauce that did apparently start hot., at least I'm assuming. please understand I'm talking fridge chilled cold not luke warm.. they said contact jet2 , Jet2 said speak to the hotel, so we went round in circles really. finally got face to face with the rep and to be fair she tried her best to resolve and compensate in some way. And she did phone us. the staff were polite in listening but nothing seemed to be offered as a compromise. Got to laugh now!!!! we were offered 2 free cocktails. so we went out to eat the rest of the week. The Harp bar was fabulous food on the front as were grill bar and pizza places.

Es el 2° año que vamos a este hotel, estuvimos muy a gusto, es un hotel muy tranquilo para descansar,el bufett buenísimo,el personal majísimo,ya conocíamos otros hoteles de H10. El único pero que le pondría son las puertas de la terraza, muy duras para abrir, necesitan cambio.
