Que dire de ce grand complexe hôtelier? Il est conforme à ce qu'on attend de ce genre d'endroit, pas vraiment de surprises ni bonnes ni mauvaises. Personnel professionnel, aimable juste ce qu'il faut. Chambres et literies confortables et propres mais sans charme, ni moches ni belles. La nourriture? Restaurant en self, cuisine de collectivité correcte, tout juste. On ne peut honnêtement pas se plaindre de l'établissement, mais il lui manque ce je-ne-sais-quoi qui le distinguerait des autres, qui le rendrait unique. Bref, c'est un bon endroit pour y séjourner, comme d'autres autour, mais c'est tout. Je ne déconseillerais pas d'y aller, je ne le recommanderais pas spécialement non plus.

I was in the hotel with a friend, in September 2024. The hotel is located in a beautiful, well-kept garden. There are 4 swimming pools, one of which is for girls to play. The delicious food served in the beautiful restaurant deserves a special mention. The service in the entire hotel is very nice. In the bar, wonderful bartenders, serving all the drinks in the world until midnight. The weakest point of the hotel are the rooms and bathrooms. The hotel does not deserve 5 *, and at most 4 * ...

Un superbe séjour. L'hôtel est vraiment cool et les gens sont super aimables et souriants. Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation, mais franchement, avec la fatigue de la journée, cela ne dérange en rien. Pas besoin de voiture pour faire les activités, il y a les bus qui viennent vous récupérer devant l'hôtel. Les piscines pour les adultes et les enfants sont géniales et surtout pour les enfants où ma fille a fait la connaissance de Mira (Italienne) et Arvin (Suédois) avec qui elle a énormément joué. Il y a des restaurants et un bar pour profiter des soirées. Nous avions la chambre 2215. Merci encore pour l'accueil.

What a fantastic week we had here. The kids and us loved it. After reading reviews here on the run up to going we became nervous about what to expect and I have no idea what any of the bad reviews are talking about. The staff are all lovely and were very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was polite and happy. Especially Eva on the bar. By far one of the nicest people I have met. The water slides were great and kept both kids 5 and 13 entertained all day. We only saw them when they were hungry or needed Suncream topping up. There were plenty of sun beds through out the day never had trouble getting enough even in the sun which was great. The main pool and kids pool by the bar and restaurant has lots of space and bed. At the water park there is a smaller pool and a toddler splash park as well as the slides with plenty of beds. We went all inclusive and everything was included, water park, towels, sunbeds, snacks, unlimited ice cream much to the kids delight and all drinks including cocktails. Never waited long for a drink especially if you wanted beer as it’s on tap you help yourself too. Food was great with fab selection that would vary slightly each day although the kids lived off pizza and chips the whole week. Rooms were fab, great size. Two sofa beds one with a trundle in living room along with wardrobe, table and chairs and kitchenette with everything you would need including waters in the fridge on arrival. Bathroom off the living room and great size bedroom, very comfy beds and en-suite. Balcony was a nice size and over looked the adults only pool which was a good size and again always had plenty of beds. The hotel is right on the ***** but very quiet at night and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Fantastic stay and would definitely come again and recommend.

Having read other reviews we were concerned regarding getting loungers by the pool but we never had a problem. Food was excellent and a good variety. Staff were all very friendly. We were AI so free access to the water park which the kids loved and we enjoyed too. Very hot so we did go for a couple of walks in the morning which I highly recommend for the views, olive and orange groves. Highly recommend this hotel had a most relaxing holiday and the boys loved it

Très belle endroit, literie confortable, studio et appartement assez spacieux. Le buffet était très bon et varié et les chambres faites tout les jours. En famille 3 adultes et quatre enfants, nous étions tous contents, petits parc aquatique à l’hôtel mais payant 10 euros par personne, nous étions en demi pension, Les rues commerçantes, la plage traversée la route plus ou moins 200 mètres.

Just back from a week at the Village Resort , we holidayed as a family of five , Hubby and I , a 15 year old , 13 year old and 7 month old baby . We received a lovely welcome from reception and a ride with our baggage to our room . Unfortunately we didn’t have two rooms next to one another as requested before arrival which wasn’t ideal but we made do. The hotel did offer us a family suite but the balcony just faced into a brick wall . Good points : Really friendly staff throughout Clean bedding and towels every day Seated for breakfast and dinner easily every occasion , no queues . You can use the pools in the sister hotel over the road Not so good points: No real entertainment, an occasional quiz in the evening No music round the pool Sun beds being reserved from 6am , one family had sun beds reserved at several pools at the same time Food was pretty much the same every morning and evening . We opted to eat out several times because of this Only one member of staff in the pool bar , it was easier to go to the shop to buy a drink Water slides not included in half board The local town has lots of shops but the path is very narrow on either side and gets quite congested The beach is pretty stoney but only a short walk from the hotel In comparison to other holidays costing a similar amount this was sadly below average and personally wouldn’t look to return

Not impressed at all unfortunately. We paid 5k for a week halfboard 2 adults 2 children and a baby. Asked for 2 rooms together as we booked 2 rooms. We got offered one room which was not big enough so we kept 2 rooms but we’re far apart. Rooms were clean but not anywhere near as good as I thought. Water park I was pretty pissed as was only free if you was all inclusive(small print) otherwise 10 each a day. For 5k half board and one of the reasons we chose this hotel was really angry about this and also 100% not worth going in there just a couple of small slides you get stuck on. There is one pool no sunbeds free all day and no one around who will get you one. Sister hotel across the road is much nicer but still no sunbeds. Entertainment was pretty non existent and not much better over the road, no evening shows as such. Area is pretty poor, not much to do in the evenings apart from look around same old shops and go to a bar to kill some time. Beach is naff. Best thing we done was hired a car to get away from the place. Absolutely gutted last holiday we can afford for ages and it’s been a real disappointment. Wanted to come home after day one. It’s no more than a 2k holiday feel we have been completely robbed. Also don’t forget it’s local taxes 70 euros per room so for us £140! Extra.
