"Beautiful hotel, we stayed in a lovely spacious twin room with a stunning sea view. We had really quick transfer from the airport, just 30 minutes door to door. There are lots of bars, and shops just a 5 minute walk away if you want to venture out and about. The main Zante town is a short taxi ride away costing €30 return. We were too early in the season to utilise the bus service as it only ran in school hours when we visited. The restaurant & bar caters for all with lots of choices. The traditional Greek night was our favourite. The food was delicious and the traditional Greek music and dancing were very entertaining. All the staff at the hotel are polite and friendly, we were always greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. We booked our trip through Love Holidays and got great value for money for a 4 night all inclusive stay."

"This is amazing place to stay here as you have everything around you: sea, restaurants, shops and bars just few minutes away by foot. Rooms are new, very clean and has all equipment that you need. Towels was changed every day, breakfast also has variety of options and everything that I tried was so fresh and tasty. If you dont want go to the beach you will always find place by the pool, atmosphere is very relaxing and calm here. Staff was also very helpful and nice, always ready to help or provide what you need. If you want to spend holidays in relaxing place, dont think and book a room here!"

"Nice hotel - family suite was comfortable & the cleaner was fabulous, came every day & left the room lovely. Breakfast is generally good, but for us the lunch & dinner options were satisfactory. We ate only once in the restaurant for dinner & chose to eat out at nearby restaurants. Drinks & snacks options aren’t great. We personally would not go all inclusive again. Facilities are great - we used the small gym a few times, played pool in the lobby area. Pools are shallow but in hindsight they are great for the games that the entertainment team put on daily. Staff are incredible - entertainment team really do include everyone with pool games, darts, yoga etc. Evening entertainment is run by the same team of 3 as during the day - they are so inclusive. The bar tender by the pool cannot go enough for anyone - such a great asset to the team. Location is great. Bus stop outside, car rental nearby, shops, bars & restaurants only a couple of minutes walk. If you’re looking for a fun holiday but not fussed about the food this is the perfect hotel. Thank you Karras Grande Resort!"

"The location of this hotel is fabulous, a little hill to climb, takes about 2 minutes, all of the staff are fantastic, helpful, polite, happy, and very hardworking, the food is typical all inclusive but always a good choice, if you want fillet steaks and caviar then you need to book a 5 star hotel, drinks are also ok and plentiful at that, the hotel and my room were spotless and clean, overall lovely little hotel with good value for money"

"I've taken One month to think about my review,hope it helps.On arrival we we met(Not welcomed)by a receptionist who was only interested in extracting 140 euro at a rapid rate of knots.I am not a seasoned traveller, however, I would recognise a Five star hotel.Porto Planos at a push would rate at Three.The room,although small, was comfortable The Balcony is very small.Comparable to a box of Swan Vesta matches.Food was eaten at a sister hotel,a short hop across a road.Food was cooked fresh and was excellent.Cleaners are fantastic and left our room spotless each time. Would I stay again?.No."

"Just spent 1 week in Tsilivi.My first time to the island.The hotel is small and lovely.Great staff,good choice of breakfast for it being small,lovely pool,plenty of beds and rite on the waters edge.There is a very small bit of sandy beach where you could put a couple of towels down but that’s all.Lovely grassy bit with steps down to the lovely warm shallow sea.Eat breakfast overlooking the sea.I would definitely come here again."

"Henkilöstö oli täysin ihana ja aina antoi meille tervetulleita. Kaikki olivat ystävällisiä, apullisia ja iloisia avustamaan milloin tahansa tarvitaan. Erityinen maininta menee “Ahmed”, joka oli aina hymyilevä, ammattimainen ja jokainen ateria tuntui miellyttävämmältä. Hänen positiivinen asenne ja erinomainen palvelu todella ilmestyi. Syötävä: Ruoka oli tuore, maukasta, ja koko oleskelumme oli paljon lajikkeita. Restaurantti oli hyvin järjestetty ja juomat olivat hienoja. Löysimme aina jotain, mitä nautimme. HOTEL: Hotelli oli spotless ja hyvin ylläpidetty. Huoneet olivat mukavia, modernia ja puhdistettu joka päivä korkean standardin. Kaikki tuntui tuoretta ja rentouttavaa."

"We stayed here for 2 weeks, on arrival we knew it was going to be fantastic, met by Dennis on reception everything was explained & nothing too much trouble, it is in a perfect location with a lovely pool & the beach a few strides away. The bar & waiting staff were fabulous very attentive & friendly - really good drinks & food. Breakfast every morning was lovely & fresh & the rooms cleaned spotlessly - nothing negative to say - we have absolutely loved our stay & will return next year!"
