Tesoro Hotel Zakynthos

Came with two friends for my birthday Fabulous hotel. Beds and pillows comfortable. Rooms lovely and clean Great selection of food. Staff are awesome and friendly. Two pools to choose from and a sister hotel 30 seconds opposite with two pools and entertainment The town is less than a 5 minute slow stroll away with various bars and great restaurants and many access to the long beach and available water sports and boat rentals. Our rep was always available for questions and queries and always happy to help as we’re the staff and management. Can’t wait to come back THANK YOU FOR AN ENJOYABLE TIME

Great hotel and staff, fresh towels every day. Hotel spotless. Food great for buffet plenty to choose from. Close to everything with in walking distance. Seen reviews from last year and was unsure. But now can see it was some one with bee in bonnet expecting Dubai 5 standards for budget price 😂😂😂 champagne taste with lemonade pockets. I am over the moon with my holiday and will be booking to come back on my next visit 100 % and would say any one wanting to come you won't be disappointed

From the moment we got here staff were very accommodating. Hotel very clean and rooms nice and big with good beds and pillows. Aircon nice and cold. Seen reviews on hotel and was nervous, but clearly was a group who had bad experiences. But we have had fantastic time. Food & drinks good for all inclusive and no complaints there. Would definitely come back and recommend

All in all a good experience Hotel was very modern and extremely clean. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortabel had a great nights sleep every night. No tea or coffee condiments in the room even though we were all inclusive but was a kettle, apparently they have recently stopped putting these in room. No.water on arrival which seemed strange. Restaurant was good, always something to eat, staff always on hand quickly to clear emty plates from table and kept buffet area clean at all times. Coffee machine on the morning gave the worst coffee out ever, only which i could of had a coffee sachet to make my own up. Wish there were more greek dishes or a "greek corner" Bar staff great, i should i say barman, only one on the bar at all times, but never long queues. He was always friendly and remembered your drinks. We stayed during 1st week of September, we had 4 days rain out of 7, we didnt feel hotel dealt with the weather very well. All areas around the bar were outside areas, so when it rained nowhere to sit and enjoy your all inclusive drinks. We had to ask if we could sit in the bottom end of the restaurant once in had finished serving food. Which wasnt a problem but feel staff should have made this more obvious as something everyone could do. Also really large umbrella outside of bar which could have been put up during rain and would have allowed at least 6 tables under, guy did ask barman if it could be put up, he just shrugged. All and all would probably return but not immediately.

Great location in Tsilivi and nice amenities including pools, breakfast, gym (which was not listed on the website so a pleasant surprise). Rooms were as described and clean. Staff, particularly Georgia at the front desk where extremely friendly and helpful.
