5 stars for this Great Hotel. Lovely Welcoming Manager Athina leads a great team of friendly helpful staff. Hotel is always kept spotlessly clean. Our room had a great view. Food was Excellent, and plenty of choice. Location of hotel great too

Fantastic choice for our first hotel holiday. We were dubious as my son has learning disabilities whether we were making the right choice after always staying in villas to avoid the sensory overload and hustle and bustle. We stayed in block C which is the updated block. Room was brilliant 5 beds in total with a partitioning area to separate. Cleaned daily, beds re made by the staff and water replenished. Grab the milk sachets from the pool bar as that's the only thing they didn't restock but wasn't a issue. All the staff were welcoming, made the time to speak and get everyone involved. There are 2 pools which were freezing cold so the beach was a good option as the sea was warmer. That's the only reason I went for very good. The kids were freezing in there!!! Otherwise would have scored a excellent for me. The beach is not even 5 minutes from the hotel on foot some beautiful bars and restaurants down there and brilliant toilet and shower facilities. The food was good always choice and the was needed for my fussy daughter of 14 years old. My son loved it always fish on the buffet. It was his 16th birthday while we were there we didn't think to ask the hotel about a cake so had one made at the amazing cake shop near crazy golf. The staff presented this to him at tea with balloons and singing happy birthday it made his day. I feel it depends what block or room you request is where the difference of reviews comes in. We had no concerns with ours at all it was lovely overlooking the small pool. The 2 young ladies who were part of the entertainment team work tirelessly and do a fantastic job. There is a cut of time for the entertainment which was 11pm due to laws and legislation there. Which suits for families. Be prepared to be involved especially the Greek night brilliant fun. We went to the crazy golf, two brothers for cocktails (this is a must they were brilliant) also the water park. Definitely on a half day needed its not huge if tou go in the afternoon it's reduced price from 2.30. Weather was gorgeous last week of sept/beginning of October 27 degrees most days. Huge shout out to magda who works so hard tidying, helping on the snack bar and always has good conversation. For the football fans if you head down to the beach and leave the hotel site on the left is a large bar they have multiple screens think I counted 12 they are always playing a match and they do brilliant entertainment too ABBA, Rod Stewart. Everyone has their own experience here depending what you pay for. I would recommend C block as a stay for a family. Glad I didn't listen to the pinicky reviews others had posted we loved it here. Polecam ten hotel. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, obsługa jak i animatorzy cudowni. Pokoje dla mniej wymagających, codziennie sprzątane - wymieniano też ręczniki. Hotelowa plaża jest bardzo mała, ale wystarczy przesiąć około 500 m w lewo wzdłuż morza i jest piękna piaszczysta plaża z leżakami lub bez. Hotel ma dwa baseny, leżaki - wystarczająco dla wszystkich. Jedyny minus to to, że do dość późnej były animacje, hotel stosunkowo mały więc było głośno w pokojach.
