Good staff good value for money a 3 star hotel if you’re on budget 2 good pools that are cleaned every day

I was shocked that i paid over £400 for 3 nights all inclusive. Id upgraded in rooms. We dont eat at the all inclusive but like to pop in for breakfast and my husband has a beer. This seems ridiculous but they refused me water. And yes im serious. My husband didnt eat a single meal. I dont drink alcohol (maybe one drink but seriously.....i just dont). Well done Filoxenia you done ok. They refused me water. They said the water was ok to drink from the tap. Im a hardy traveller, dont really get sick but i do stick to the rules to be fair. A bottle of water - seriously? Theyd rather i drink vodka than water. Stop being tight hotel owners. And Jet 2 (who i love and use regular....challenge them on this!) And secondly - we came home about 9.15pm and i popped into the buffet to get milk for my coffee and they had nice deserts. I put 2 on a plate and went to leave a waiter literally took it out of my hand and said u cant take these out the restaurant. Like school. More cafe than restaurant.....seriously...this is a rough version of an all inclusive. My husband called it the Fawlty Towers of all inclusives.

Lovely Holiday Hotel A really enjoyable stay in the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable & spacious. The shower was great too. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a 30 walk to the beach & centre but there were plenty of bars/cafes to stop off in. The only downside was the poor WiFi.

Great holiday but only a 3 star Had a great holiday but not a lot going on entertainment wise. Maids were brilliant but only a 3 star at best. We were bed and breakfast so went into town twice a day as nothing else to do. Was lovely break but would definately would not go back

I would 100 percent recommend the filoxenia hotel. Stayed for a week late October and wished I'd stayed longer. Lovely location a 15 - 20 min walk into the bar and restaurant areas weather was lovely. Rooms cleaned daily food was excellent and the staff very helpful when required. Would definitely return in future thank you filoxenia for a superb stay

What else can I say other than wow! The Filoxenia was absolutely fabulous from the very beginning! We were moved to the hotel from our original booking at another hotel due to the end of season change. We had 2 six year olds and 2 seven year olds to entertain and the Filoxenia was the perfect place! Much better than the original hotel! There is a large family friendly pool next to the animation bar, a medium sized pool at the main pool bar and then a baby pool next to it. There's a brilliant snooker/pool table, table football and ping pong available for people to play. The pool table takes €2 coins only. Our accommodation was stunning. The room was massive with 2 double beds and a single bed. Cleaners are in daily with towels changed every 2 days and linen changed every 3 days. The food was perfect, with a fabulous variety of Greek dishes, English dishes and tonnes of fruit and salad. Soft drinks, hot drinks and alcohol were self serve in the restaurants and readily available in all of the bars along with tasty unlimited icecream throughout the day. We played 3 rounds of Bingo on Tuesday with the lovely Keith after my husband failed miserably at the previous nights quiz! Everyone from the wonderful receptionist Vicky who showed us to our rooms to the brilliant gang of cleaners who looked after us and made the kids feel so welcome on their first holiday were absolutely perfect! I wrote a little thank you note in Greek (thank goodness for Google translate!) Then both myself and my sisterinlaw left our remaining euros as tips to say thank you!
