Comfort Suites Plano - Dallas North arvostelua

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk staff were nice and attentive. It has an indoor pool and hot tub which is a plus for travelers of all seasons. There was no outside loitering and close to many of the attractions that Dallas has to offer.

The accomodations were pristine and spacious. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was great, especially the biscuits and gravy. The location was an easy in and out plus located close to some fast food restaurants we enjoyed.

This is a top-notch hotel. The front desk attendee was cheerful, knowledgeable, and took care of the check-in very quickly. Our room was large and the bed and pillows were super-comfortable. We didn’t use the breakfast, but it looked nicely stocked.

This is a decent place to stay in the Richardson / Plano area for a night or two. It's close to Firewheel Mall, shopping, and good restaurants. I have stayed here numerous times, the staff is friendly and the place is clean. The only drawback is it's George Bush Expressway which sometimes gets a little noisy at night. Breakfast in the morning is OK and enough for a good start to the day. The staff is always friendling and greets you coming and going. Beds are comfortable.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were great and welcoming! The area was safe and is adjacent to several very fine restaurants (Texas and Silver Fox) and not far from the City line area of Plano. Would definitely stay here again.

Old property but nicely renovated. Rooms are larger than newer property—convenient location with many restaurants nearby. The breakfast variety was good and everything was well stocked all the time. Flooring in the room is combination of tile and carpet.

Nice facility! Clean rooms! Good location. Check in and check out we’re completed in a timely manner. Sara and Rick at the front desk were very helpful. Breakfast could use some improvements regarding the quality and choice of foods. Stayed multiple nights.

The staff are always polite and professional. I had a problem with the AC making a noise and Sarah had it taken care of immediately. The cleaning staff works very hard, and the rooms are very clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I always stay here when I’m in the Dallas area.

The stay overall was wonderful. We found the best place in the area we needed and they had a reasonable price! The front staff, especially the lady, were kind and helpful. The breakfast was great and the amenities were awesome. Our room was on the first floor with an adjacent door to the room next to us, and surprisingly, we had no issues with loud noises from other guests or anything like that. The room was clean and free of bugs. The only thing to mention was that the room was lacking light sources. Other than the main window, the light you could get from the lamps and ceiling light was quite dim. Great stay, nonetheless!

Great hotel. Breakfast was typical for hotels but good. Front desk pStat. (Rick and Sarah) were friendly and inviting and thanked me for being a rewards member. Pool looked nice though I never used. Location is right off the interstate with easy access to everything. Only complaint was the hall and room had a musty, Stale smell but overall Great stay.

Hotel was clean and location was great. Saw a bit of deferred maintenance that needs to be corrected: nail holes in bathroom walls, stained bathroom tile, toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. But staff was friendly, pool was nice and breakfast was pretty good.

Sara at the front desk was a 10! Awesome access to the location and excellent parking along with direct access to major highways. Super friendly staff and very responsive to all of our request. Superb views and quiet rooms. Exceptional in all areas.

Great hotel. Sara at the front desk was pleasant, professional & very helpful. It was clean & comfortable. We stayed 3 nights, would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very accommodating, they last one of our travelers check in early and they offer 12pm check out. The staff was extremely nice! I would stay there again. They had a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, juices.
