Sandman Signature Plano-Frisco Hotel

I loved the service. The staff is very friendly. It has a lobby where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, chocolate whenever you want. There is plenty of place to park if you go by car. The restaurants very close. What I didn't like was that the pool was very small and the room smelled musty.

Excellent stay, very friendly & helpful staff (they gave me a room to take an early mtg), comfortable pillows & beds, nice pool & gym area, lots of nearby restaurants & businesses, and breakfast buffet at Moxies was outstanding. Will definitely stay here again in future.

We had a fabulous time at the Sandman Signature Plano Frisco Hotel for our Wedding Weekend! We connected with this property through the amazing Tawny Goralnick at HotelPlanner. Our primary Sandman Hotel contact, Sales Manager Whitney Price, was an excellent coordinator. She answered questions promptly, prepared Sandman Signature Plano Frisco Hotel staff for our wedding group, and provided excellent feedback. Additionally, when our group arrived, Jordan, the manager on duty, took great care of us, making our stay the best! Our wedding guests were delighted with the location, rooms, and service throughout the weekend. We plan on staying at this property again!

2nd time staying at the Sandman. Front desk customer service is very good and room decor was comfortable. But our 2nd floor room was apparently right beside the hotel washing machine (??) which is just odd and was very loud. Secondly, we rented an EV specifically because the hotel confirmed they had chargers. Come to find out, none of the chargers worked and my hubby had to drop 10mins away and walk back EVERY night! Disappointed.

I was invited to a conference being held at this hotel. The event suggested I stay here and a discounted rate was provided. I’m usually hesitant to stay anywhere other than Hilton properties when I travel (Lifetime Diamond Member) but stayed here for convenience. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. This is a modern and nicely appointed property. Great location and conference rooms. I would gladly stay here again.

Recently, my wife and I had the pleasure of a remarkably busy 4 day stay at the Sandman Signature Plano-Frisco Hotel. The enjoyment of our busy stay was the pleasure of feeling at home, which was contributed to by a sensitive, cooperative, staff that we found to be equipped, happy, caring, and energetic. From the hotel manager to all the auxiliary staff that we encountered the entire team made us feel like family. During our stay at the Sandman Signature, we encountered a stellar staff that caused us to feel that every staff person we encountered was our family and invested in our stay being a successful and fulfilling one to us. We encountered an A+ fleet of superstar staffers who hugely impressed us with their commitment to the success and enjoyment of our stay. Teamwork does not have an I in it, and such was our reality during our recent stay at the Sandman Signature Hotel Plano-Frisco. We found ourselves in awe of the collaboration, effectiveness, thoughtfulness, professionalism, of your capable, and sensitive staff. Special recognition to Mr. David Andrews the general manager, including Mr. Brain Corwin, Lady Kimberly Wolfe, Lady Alicia, Mr. Zack, Mr. Daniel, Mr. Thom King, Mr. Jordan, and Lady Elisa, for our gracious, focused stellar guest services experience. The exceptional service that we encountered seldom happens in a vacuum we also need to acknowledge and show appreciation to our Ladies in the office behind the scenes “sales” Lady Shanna Fields, Lady Karima Lee, and Lady Sherri Ray for their assistance in getting the hotel on our Church’s list of viable nearby accommodations. My wife and I thank each of you individually and collectively, Thank You Team Sandman Signature Plano-Frisco for making us feel at home. We are looking forward to seeing everyone soon, as we celebrate Easter. We Love You All the Thompson’s.

We stayed for three nights for a wedding weekend, although I called them twice before the trip asking for a first floor room, we were told we had a sixth floor room. Took a little time, but we were finally able to get the first floor, room was right out the door of the sports bar. Not the quietest place but ok. We requested for the room to be cleaned and to have fresh towels, by using the placards that are provided in the rooms. We did not request this until our last day. Never received the service.

Everything was great. Great service at check in and out by Brian both times. He made great conversation. Great room, very clean and spacious. I definitely loved having a separate tub from shower. We were greeted every time we came in to the lobby. The outside is very clean and nicely landscaped. Will definitely be back.

Daniel at the front desk was amazing. He helped our group every step of the way. Kudos to him. The stay was great as well. The bar and moxies connected helped out a lot. Plenty of ubers in the area so no long waits to travel. It was clean and smelled great. Overall, good stay and will definitely book again
