Sofia Hotel

J’ai adoré ce petit hôtel plein de charme et très proche de tout. Chambre très propre et petit déjeuner au top dans la petite cour. Personnel très sympathique..nous reviendrons:) En effet il n’y a pas de piscine dans l’hôtel même mais la mer est toute proche alors ça ne m’a pas gêné du tout.

Hotel comodo e confortevole. Gode di una posizione privilegiata vicino alla spiaggia e le taverne e caffè di Plakias. La camera comoda e silenziosa. Ottima la pulizia. Bagno piccolo ma perfetto per una breve vacanza. Colazione ricca di ogni prodotto locale. Hotel ineccepibile. Personale gentile e discreto. Consiglio per chi vuole una vacanza semplice e tranquilla.

Great two weeks as last year, so good we've booked again for next year. Same high cleanliness standard, nice choice for breakfast, same comfortable room. Already looking forward to coming back next year, really enjoyed our two weeks in Plakias , so relaxing and staying at Sofia just added to it all. Thankyou , see you next year :-)

Chambre spacieuse avec un matelas de très bonne qualité . La propreté est irréprochable, les chambres et les draps sont changés régulièrement. Une climatisation de bonne qualité et silencieux. Le personnel est très discrets et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié avec des produits locaux … Nous recommandons ce petit hôtel dans ce petit coin de sud de la Crète .

Hôtel bien situé et bien entretenu, personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses et confortables, avec une bonne literie et le ménage est fait tous les jours. Parking à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, avec du choix.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for us We were greeted by a lovely lady who escorted us to our room and was very efficient The room itself was very clean , the bed huge and very comfortable. It also had a fridge, tv, free Wi-Fi and hairdryer The bathroom was clean with shower The breakfast was very good, pastries, cereals, fruit, egg, bacon tea coffee and fruit juices The location is literally 2 minutes from the town centre There is also handy supermarket opposite the hotel Highly recommended

Stayed for two weeks and had a great time. Parking for hotel very short walk away. Friendly staff and easy check in. Stayed in room 209, this has a sea view, not a massive room but adequate space for clothing etc, room has air con a small bathroom with adequate shower . small but sufficient balcony with view of bay. there is a safe, TV, kettle small fridge in room. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, inside and outside seating for breakfast, room cleaned daily and towels and bed linen changed every 3 days, pool towels available on request. Supermarket directly across the road for anything you may need. 1 minute walk into town. if need pool you can use one from another hotel (Costas and chrysoulas) literally 5 mins walk away. outside hours emergency contact number available, this was used due to issue with main door being locked and owner was back onsite in 5 minutes to resolve issue. our third visit to Plakias and this was by far the most enjoyable, it was that good that rebooked for next year whilst staying there. would definitely recommend this hotel we had a wonderful and relaxing time at Sofia Hotel many thanks to all the staff and see you next year, looking forward to much of the same :-)

Ottima sistemazione, posizione comoda vicino al centro, parcheggio disponibile, struttura ben mantenuta e personale gentile, camera adeguata con tutto il necessario, pulita, un bel terrazzino con vista sul paese, pulizia buona, prezzo giusto, consigliato.

Our favourite hotel in Plakias- if not Greece! A warm welcome is always assured and this family run hotel ticks all the boxes for us. Everyone works hard to make sure everything is maintained to the highest possible standard. Rooms are simple but well decorated and equipped; each has a balcony, air conditioning and a safety deposit box. The beds are super comfy and the whole hotel is immaculately clean. Breakfast, this time, was even better than we remembered with a fabulous selection of hot and cold food- including Cretan specialities ( Cheese, pastries and dakos) great bread and a selection of fresh fruit. The new coffee machine is an excellent addition and offers a choice of coffee. We couldn’t ask for any more. A special mention to the young woman who cleans the hotel, she works so hard and does a brilliant job. Thank you!
