Historical country house "Agroturismo Roqueta", 2 storeys, from the 13rd century, surrounded by fields. 5 apartments in the residence. 1.1 km from the centre of Maria de la Salut, on the outskirts, 18 km from the centre of Inca, 21 km from the centre of Manacor, in an elevated position, 17 km from the sea. For shared use: property 25'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool secured (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant 700 m, sandy beach "Ca'n Picafort" 17 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. Very nice apartment with enough space. Everything was there that contributes to a pleasant stay. We found the decor very tasteful. An apartment to feel good. Wonderful the nearby pool. Friendly welcome and very warm farewell from the owners.
