"The property is worth a visit, even if it's a bit isolated. What wasn't so good was the way the reception staff treated us. The couple of friends who were with us on the second day of our stay had their room blocked during a storm because they didn't have a reservation. Once this was clarified, no excuse was offered. The next day, we were told we couldn't book dinner because the resort was full. On the day of our departure, we checked out by 10:00 a.m., paid the extras, and headed to the pool. We were informed that we couldn't use the pool because we were finished with our stay. Among other excuses, we were again told that the property was full and there was no room, but if we had paid €20 per person, we would have had access. I don't think the reception staff were responsible for the lack of customer service, but I think it's a policy dictated by the property. It's a real shame. There are so many other beautiful properties worth visiting and rewarded with good reviews."

"Meillä oli ihana oleskelu Piccolo Grand Hotel. Sijainti on täydellinenläheinen kaikkeen ja silti tuntea rauhallinen ja rento. Mikä todella teki meidän oleskelu poikkeuksellisen oli hotellin henkilöstö. Kaikki olivat uskomattoman ystävällisiä, tervetulleita ja apullisia koko vierailumme. Heidän vieraanvaraisuutensa antoi meille tuntea kotona. Olemme jääneet toisessa rakennuksessa huoneista, ja se ylitti odotuksemme. Huone oli tilava, kauniisti sijoitettu, ja tarjosi hämmästyttävä näkymät. Komfortin, tilan ja maiseman yhdistelmä teki sen täydellisen paikka rentoutua päivän jälkeen tutkimus.
