This place is horrible. Do not stay unless your intent to be in an environment of being on Ibiza to party until 4am - it’s a techno club not a relaxing lake experience. We were here with three kids under 9. Monday through Thursday it was fine - some kid activities though inconstant and the beach mediocre but here for them to swim in. Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday night this is a CLUB. People are so disrespectful playing techno music off their boat in the marina - we called and complained 3x in one night. The music would go down for 15min then back up. They drank all day and partied all night. They never even took the boats to the lake. The room in the villa is impossible to sleep. Ventilation is none existent and with the music blaring can’t even have windows open to the the fresh air off the lake. The restaurant in the adjacent marina is so much better. And people and much better behaved. We traveled during the week to other parts of mazury this party atmosphere was not in other places not even Mikolajki - which is a much more populated area. DO NOT STAY HERE - TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A MUCH BETTER LOCATION. THIS IS THE MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, THIS IS NOT A RESORT AND SPA - THIS IS A TECHNO CLUB. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING - LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS.

I stayed in this hotel also due to its location in Ruciane-Nida which makes Mazurski Raj an ideal point for starting the cycling adventure with Mazurska Pętla Rowerowa. At the top of that the unique location of the hotel on the shore of Lake Bełdany, surrounded by the Piska Forest, provides many opportunities for active recreation in the bosom of nature. Nowy Port, a wide range of water equipment and a beautiful sandy beach allow to enjoy the most beautiful things in Masuria. The proximity of the Piska Forest allows for forest walks and bicycle trips, which is an excellent opportunity to get to know the beautiful Masurian landscapes and rare species of wild animals. Guests of the Mazurski Raj Hotel also have the opportunity to use the rich infrastructure. The facility includes, among others: bowling lanes, billiards, table tennis, tennis courts, sports hall with gym, playing fields, tourist bikes and Nordic walking poles. They are able to provide guests with a great stay, while the children have unforgettable fun. The Junior Club located in the hotel, richly equipped with toys and games and an outdoor play area, will make every child lose themselves in wonderful fun. Moreover, almost all of their special offers include animations for children, which guarantee creative activities and professional care. The perfect location will help isolate from the hustle and bustle of the city and run business. Conference participants are able to concentrate on what is being discussed at the meeting, and after a day of talks, negotiations or training, relax in their facility and regenerate. Professional infrastructure, discreet and professional service, catering and accommodation facilities… All this creates a unique meeting space and opportunities! …and after a tasty meal you can relax in comfortable rooms with air conditioning, TV, coffee, tea or go to a large, beautiful terrace outside and there in peace enjoy the view of the lake. There is peace and quiet here, life goes much slower than in a big city. Away from the hustle and bustle and everyday problems.

Ten hotel na Mazurach to było przyjemne zaskoczenie. Po pierwsze, pyszne śniadanie - szeroki wybór potraw, w tym lokalnych specjałów, serwowane z cudownym widokiem na jezioro. Obsługa była niezwykle przyjazna i pomocna. Pokój był czysty i komfortowy, a widok z okna na jezioro był niesamowity. Lokalizacja hotelu jest doskonała, blisko jeziora i lasów, idealna dla miłośników przyrody. Wejście i wyjście z kabiny prysznicowej u mnie w pokoju to był hardcore dla większych lub lepiej zbudowanych ludzi. Bardzo mało miejsca kabina -＞ ściana ;) Gorąco polecam ten hotel wszystkim, którzy planują wizytę na Mazurach!
