Valentina Suites

I needed a place just for myself during a work trip. Simple studio with refrigerator and sink. Full-size bathroom with tankless water heater and laundry was very handy. Able to walk right down to Pismo pier. The gated parking is the best. I had expensive bicycles with me and would rather not park on the street. Everything I needed.

We discovered Valentina Pismo Beach for our honeymoon and wow were we pleasantly surprised! This place is gorgeous and surprisingly reasonable which is hard to find in Pismo Beach! The building is beautiful and looks like it has been here forever, but in fact is fairly new. The rooms are luxuriously spacious, clean and well maintained, and not to mention very cozy with every amenity imaginable. We were really impressed! It is right in the heart of town. We liked the fact you can walk everywhere for dinner, drinks and shopping. One recommendation is Old West Cinnamon Rolls just down the street and their cinnamon rolls are to die for! We walked down to the Pismo Pier and checked out the downtown culture and cool shops! Parking is not only secure but also free with multiple EV chargers and that is rare. Oh yeah and there is a really cute nursery that is across the street called Pismo Garden Art. Valentina Suites has a very easy check-in/check-out process which also made for a hassle-free stay. Pismo has so much charm and Valentina is such a lovely place to stay to relax.

We had six people stay. It is clean, neat equipped with everything that you would need for a long stay very quiet serene. You would never be disappointed. We go every year and stay for four days and love every minute of it. You have a secure place to park your car and trailer if need be wonderful accommodations throughout.

I had an excellent stay at Valentina Suites! The suite was fully furnished, had a comfortable bed, was very clean, and had everything I needed. I always felt safe and the secured covered parking was great. The owner and sons were very kind and responsive. Amazing location only being a couple blocks from the beach and a lot of food/shops all around. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I just visited Pismo Beach and stayed for two nights at the Valentina Suites. The botique hotel is, without a doubt, the most beautiful building in the City. Perfect location for walking to restaurants (Giuseppe's is right across the street), the beach and shopping. The owner's were gracious and accommodating and we got secured covered parking for our vehicle. Absolutly the best accommodation. Steve

Not suitable for families with kids, this place is very particular and strict. No air conditioning, the safe was broken, furniture is noisy on the tile floor, and there is more you can't do than can do. The neighbors complain about opening the door too many times. They don't specify it, but visitors are not allowed, they watch the cameras to verify who is coming into your place and the maximum capacity is truly the amount allowed for the condo only, no more than that. Plan on losing your deposit if you have friends over because they charge as extra people, so factor the deposit into the cost.
