"A well-appointed and well-maintained hotel. An otherwise lovely stay was marred by an error in customer service where the staff did not take responsibility for a lack of communication on their end and displayed a rigidity and defensive, personal attitude with the client that felt out of line for a 3-star hotel at this high price point for Pisac. We no longer felt comfortable there and left the hotel to find another accommodation."

"The Pisonay Hotel has good accommodations. The breakfast buffet is very good, also. I ate one dinner there and the food was tasty and well presented. The grounds are nice and so is the sitting area. Note- if you don't want your room cleaned you just hold on to your key."
