"I have requested to leave the hotel immediately after I entered the room. We have tried to request a cleaner room, but the front desk staff strictly said, NO ROOM IS AVAILABLE. Neglecting the poor attitude of the staff at the front desk (maybe cuz we are Asian), the room is super creepy, very dusty, dirty and outdated. (I am paying for a triple room, prefer 1 king and 1 single) We were all terrified by the toilet, and is obvious to see the mould at the ceiling, and dust particles on the floor. Then, the bedroom. Aircon outlets were super dusty, that we kept sneezing during our short stay in the room. Door knobs missing at the wardrobe, peeling wallpapers with scratch marks on, outdated paints on the cupboard, not to mention this is the last room of the corridor. I made my choice to leave the hotel for my family's safety. Feel free to compare my photos with the photos provided by the hotel, or uploaded photos from the customers. I paid £170 for the room, not during a peak season. Feel free to comment. This is definitely NOT what I expected, and irrelevant with any photos, which the front desk said the new rooms are only for the superior room type."

"Vietimme viikon heinäkuun lopussa perheessä ja se oli todella rento ja mukava loma. Uima-allas on valtava, monia vuoteita aina saatavilla, ja baari on hyvin tarjottu kaikkea tarpeellista. Meri pääsee muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä ja läheisyydessä on monia uima-altaita ja laaja vapaa ranta. Huoneisto, erittäin tilava ja puhdas kahdenhuone, oli myös mukava ulkopuisto, ihanteellinen kaikille, kuten me, matkustaa koiranpentu, mutta täydellinen myös yksinkertaisesti rentoutua ulkona. Hyvin arvostettu myös yhteys Wi-Fi on omistettu asuntoon, nopea ja vakaa. Henkilöstö on aina ollut ystävällinen, saatavilla ja helposti yhteydessä WhatsApp, jossa vastaukset ovat lähes välittömiä. "Positiiviset puolet: Kätevä, koska ei kaukana lentokentältä (noin 25 minuutin kävelymatka), sama matka Pisan kaltevaan torniin. Alueella on melko paljon kauppoja, ravintoloita ja välipaloja. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Negatiiviset puolet: Kun saavuimme illalla noin klo 19.30, ovi oli kiinni ja soittokellon soittamisen jälkeen noin kymmenen kertaa kukaan ei avannut ovea meille. Ei ketään sisällä. Soitimme lopulta ovessa olevaan numeroon saadaksemme sisäänpääsykoodin ja huoneen numeron, jossa avain odotti meitä. Sinunhan se piti tietää! Aamiainen ei kovin monipuolinen. Mutta ennen kaikkea huoneessani ei ole ilmastointia, vaan oikea uuni. Hyvä yhdeksi yöksi saapuessa tai lähtiessä..."

"Affordable price, excellent location, very close to Pisa train station. The front desk is open 24 hours; I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 AM by train and was able to check in successfully. Luggage storage is available, very convenient. The buffet breakfast is €10 per person, children were only charged half price. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but it has the essentials. The Americano from the coffee machine had sugar, so the staff made an iced Americano by hand, attentive service. Regarding the accommodation, the room is a bit small, but for a typical one-night stay in Pisa, it's adequate for basic needs. Improvements needed: 1. After checking in early in the morning, I could still hear the front door slamming loudly; I suggest installing a damping device. Also, the water pipes were noisy; I'm not sure if it's because I'm on the first floor and the soundproofing is poor. However, I was tired from sightseeing and fell asleep quickly. 2. Like many reviews, there's no kettle. When I asked the front desk, they explained that the tap water is drinkable, and several hotels I stayed at in Italy had signs saying "Tap Water is drinkable." Ultimately, I couldn't overcome my own unease and drank bottled water from the refrigerator. 1. I suggest referring to other hotels and clearly indicating that tap water is drinkable. 2. Their room keys are real keys, not room cards, and they have a heavy, round tag attached—very retro, probably from their early days. It's unique but definitely heavy, haha 😃. 3. All drinks in the refrigerator are charged, including bottled water. I suggest clearly labeling this to avoid misunderstandings. (We weren't charged for the bottled water in the end, probably because we ate the buffet breakfast.) Overall, it's good value for money."

"The host was amazing, thinking of every little detail and providing all sorts of surprises. A code was provided at the door to retrieve the room card. A vending machine was located in the entrance hall, offering affordable prices. The kitchen provided a variety of cookies, teas, coffee, and a welcome glass of wine. Everything was provided, including tableware and linens, allowing us to enjoy our own instant noodles. We cleaned up before leaving. A Pisa city map, mosquito coils, and a baby seat were also provided."

"We visited this hotel/hostel as a family, below our experience: I will start with positives first: 1. Conveniently located, near to the airport, train station and city center 2. Nice coffe at the morning Now list of negatives: 1. Very rude and unpolite staff and manager. He started yelling at me just because I've asked for a baby cot, which was advertized at all booking web pages of this hostel. He said that they don't have baby cots. Then he ironically laughed. Definitely not a proper way to talk like this with guests! 2. Wi fi not available in our room. There was no wi fi signal. However it was available in the reception. 3. Extremely noisy and loud area, no sound proof. You can hear the planes, the trains, the noise from the street (loud musik, cars), the other guests... 4. Old building and not clean. I will definitly not recommend this hotel for a families, nor to any other. I will not stay there again, even if you pay me."
