Very close to Pisa tower. Neat and clean rooms. Receptionist is very helpful. I had a nice stay. Rooms are ac and bathroom is huge!

Spacious room, good location and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Room was spacey and comfortable. But the AC Didn't work !!! It was on but didn't cool at all

Friendly staff in terms of keeping luggage pre- post- staying, city tour information, calling taxi. Everything is perfect. No elevators with 2 floors only.

Very private, quiet comfortable place. Nice outdoor space for sitting. Very helpful front desk.

A small, privately owned hotel a 10/15 minute walk from the Leaning Tower. We arrived too early to check in but were able to leave our luggage & return later. Staff welcoming & friendly. The triple room was quite small but had a wheelchair accessible bathroom which we needed. All linens & towels excellent quality. The outside area was spotlessly clean & well kept. Very pleasant for a drink in the evening. A good continental breakfast (the same each day) with items freshly purchased & excellent value. Daniela (the day receptionist) was fabulous - friendly, professional & extremely helpful. Not the cheapest hotel in the area but we would definitely return if in Pisa. My only negatives would be: No tea/coffee facilities in the room - unusual these days - and the bathroom needs a small cupboard, table or shelf for personal items - we ended up using the windowsill which was not ideal. They have two partner restaurants, near the Tower, with a discount for hotel guests - we used one of them - La Lanterna - excellent food, good prices and great service. Thank you to all - we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Pisa Had a lovely two night stay. Hotel was great, staff fabulous and very friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great, a short walk to the tower!

GREAT STAY Beautiful hotel. Had an issue with our shower door and they instantly upgraded us. I would 100% stay here again if I find myself in Pisa again. Very quiet part of town and close enough to walk to everything.
