非常好很滿意

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel: personnel très serviable. Emplacement parfait. Le petit déjeuner manque un peu de produits frais: jus d’orange frais, légumes, oeufs. Calme et propre nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Un décor qui met dans l’ambiance de l’Italie : hall chambre salle de restaurant … on est dans un autre monde !un esprit vacances super appréciable ! Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec une salle de bain pratique et agréable ! Petit-déjeuner varié avec des produits de qualité (hormis le jus d’orange industriel …) dans une superbe salle ! L’accueil du personnel est top : font l’effort de parler français, donne des conseils et nous ont même servi un café un soir (flemme de ressortir sous la pluie) On recommande et on y retournera !

Meh - not sure why this hotel was rated so highly. It’s fairly basic, location is good and handy for the tower, eating and shopping. The bedroom was functional, though showers were good. Wifi was poor, kept cutting out (I wasn’t streaming videos). I made a mistake and booked a single instead of a double but I paid an extra €20 for the extra person. Had to ask for extra towels and pillows as there was only one of each. The bathroom had no toiletries so had to ask for shampoo too.
