Hotel Bologna arvostelua

Well, these two receptionists were polite people. And breakfast is all right. However, place could be more elite for four stars because it's associative with two by facility and just showerhead in bathroom. I also wasn't glad to see a black long hair under bed's sheet.

From the first minute to the end was totally amazing! Thank you all hotel staff for their hospitality and service excellence. A special thank you to Alessandro who was in Reception and helped so much.

정말 춥고 난방을 전혀 해주지 않았습니다. 화장실도 야외에서 화장실을 보는것처럼 정말 추웠습니다. 위치를 제외하고는 절대 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔이었어요

又小又🚮，不過前台服務熱情

Great location, comfy beds. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast

The hotel is clean but very worn out and even in its heyday I can’t fathom how this was ever 4 stars. The bed spreads don’t appear to have been washed in ages, the bathrooms are tiny and you can barely fit through the door to enter the shower (and I’m thin!). Sound insulation is also terrible. They need a serious revamp.

Juste un petit problème avec l air conditionné de la chambre dont je n'ai pas bien compris le système, sinon tout a été parfait.

Good hotel, clean and good size rooms. Convenient location about 15 min walk from centrale station and to leaning tower. Good breakfast selection. Recommended.

A lovely hotel with great amenities and beautiful designs. 15 mins walk from Pisa Tower and 10 mins from the railway station.

位置及環境都很好

チェックアウトの際、ミニバーを利用した旨を申告したのですが、倍の料金を請求されました。 おかしいと言うとレセプションの人がキレました。非常に不愉快な思いをし、結局使用した以上の額を払いました。 チェックインのときのレセプション担当者は非常におもてなしの心があっただけに残念です。
