Under de 40 åren som vi bilat runt i Europa och bott på många olika hotell så måste jag säga att detta hotell tillhör de topp fyra bästa i hela Europa. Hotellet ligger fantastiskt fint vid härligt havsbad. Jätte fina rum, en restaurang av hög klass. Personalen så trevliga och tillmötesgående. Det finns absolut inget negativt att säga. A nice hotel and property, but parking was a mess. You need to park your car about 10 minutes away. They do offer a shuttle, but the public lot is 9 floors and very hectic. It also costs 21 euros per night. The location is good, a nice walk to the main city center that takes about 15 minutes along the water. The breakfast was good. I would recommend staying here again, my only issue was the parking situation. Staff was great!

L'hotel è in una posizione perfetta, con 20 minuti di passeggiata arrivi nel centro di Pirano (occhio che al ritorno di sera il percorso non è illuminato) e l'accesso diretto al mare. Il parcheggio costa 21 euro al giorno ma non ci sono alternative a meno che non vogliate tornare indietro su una strada molto ripida a senso di marcia alternato... L'arredamento dell'hotel necessita di un netto ammodernamento, ma siamo stati solo una notte quindi non ci è pesato. Un ultima avvertenza per gli ospiti: sul desk della reception c'è la pubblicità "dalle 16 alle 18 se ordini un cocktail, il secondo è gratis" senza specificare da nessuna parte che quello gratis non è a tua scelta ma esiste il cocktail gratis del giorno che è scritto su uno specchio in un'altra stanza.... quindi praticamente invisibile!!! Quindi non fate il mio errore e non cascateci, ma chiedete precisamente le condizioni dell'offerta.

Hotel położony w ładnym miejscu nad morzem. Betonowa plaża przy hotelu, kilka zejść do wody. Przy dużym wietrze utrudnione wejście do wody i pływanie, za duże fale. Pokój wyremontowany, z balkonem. Darmowe kosmetyki. Woda w pokoju już płatna - mała butelka 3 euro. Darmowe ręczniki plażowe, ale za leżak (10 euro), parasol (5 euro) lub łóżko z materacem (25 euro) trzeba zapłacić dodatkowo. Na szczęście można siedzieć za darmo na dużych kamieniach dookoła. Ponadto każdy dzień parkowania przy hotelu to 11 euro extra (a nie można zaparkować w innym miejscu). Przy rezerwacji nie było informacji o tych kosztach, bo cena za dobę sama w sobie jest wysoka. Dodatkowe opłaty zaskakują ludzi przy wymeldowaniu. Na plus różnorodne śniadanie, chociaż jajka i kiełbaski na ciepło śmierdzą. Śmierdzą też korytarze, winda i zasłona przy windzie. Nie polecam. Za taką cenę lepiej jechać do Chorwacji czy Włoch, Słowenia poza opłatami za wszystko nie ma nic do zaoferowania.

We had a lovely one night stay at the Hotel Barbara. We would have liked to stay another night but it was fully booked. Our room, 204, was really nice with a view onto the ocean and a small balcony with two chairs. Our only slightly niggle about the room was there was a 10cm step as you came out of the room which we both tripped up or down many times. The hotel is right on the coast and there are stone areas to sit with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. There are steps with railings to get into the sea - it was a lovely place to swim, so much so that we got up at dawn up have another swim before breakfast. Parking is tricky in Piran but we parked in a public area about 5 minutes walk away. We left our car there for two nights and one full day which cost £30. There is a shuttle bus from Hotel Barbara to Hotel Piran in the centre of town which was handy. There is also a beautiful walk on a path around the coast which we did in the day and also at night. It took about 25 minutes and was really lovely. We bathed off the path a few minutes from the hotel when the sun was very high as there was good shade there. The breakfast food and eating area were very nice with a good buffet food. We had a drink at the outdoor bar before leaving which wasn't so great as the music was blaring loud.

Beautiful location, quiet at night, walkable to old town.

A great option for a tranquil retreat. The room was spacious, squeaky clean and recently renovated. The balcony chairs in my room could use some love, but let’s be honest, with the beach right by the hotel, who needs the chairs for anything other than letting the swimsuits dry out. Thank you for a beautiful stay. Special thanks to Sandra at the front desk, Jasmine & Maj at the beach bar, who were all very helpful and friendly.

Bel hôtel en bord de mer Hôtel balnéaire, très bel endroit avec plage en dur donnant un accès facile à la mer. Calme malgré quelques bruits de nettoyage un peu tôt le matin. Petit déjeuner buffet varié, toujours approvisionné quelque soit l heure. De nombreux et très bons restos a Piran a 20mn a pied en bord de mer

Value for money👍😎 Super beliggenhed og gode omgivelser. Fantastisk imødekommende personale- ofte behøvede vi ikke at spørge- men fik hjælp til til parkering, sødetabletter etc Value for money!!! Vores varmeste anbefaling

Loved this place. It's got a 50s vibe decor that's really fun and is on a beautiful location with lots of lounge chairs and stairs that lead to the Adriatic for a swim. The restaurant is really good and so is the free breakfast. It's a lovely 15 minute walk along the waterfront to the Old Town of Piran. Glad we stayed here.

Nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit mais c'était très bien. Déjà l'emplacement de l'hôtel surprend un peu : on a l'impression d'être dans un tout petit quartier de la ville de Piran (avec quelques établissements hôteliers, des restaurants, des parkings et une plage) que l'on relie à pied le long de la mer. Faites attention en arrivant en voiture, il y a 2 chemins. Si vous suivez Google Maps, il vous emmènera par un chemin très étroit avec voie sans issue annoncée alors qu'il y a bien une issue bien + large de l'autre côté. Le fait que le petit-déjeuner soit compris dans le prix de la chambre est très pratique. Celui-ci est d'ailleurs très bien et varié. Petit bémol : le fait qu'on ait eu une chambre avec porte communicante, ce qui fait qu'on entendait très bien ce qui se passait dans la chambre voisine.
