Hotel Alpina

Nice small family hotel where you feel very welcome. There is a really good service and the staff/family do everything to make it a pleasant stay. A recommended place to spend your winter holidays. Lovely hotel rooms and lounges, where you can spend your evenings.

This was one of our best vacation ever! Hotel Alpina is a small, family run hotel in the very center of Pinzolo, right in front of the town's main square. Even though the hotel faces the main street, it's very quiet and comfortable. We stayed in a triple room (#304), which, though relatively small, had everything we needed with plenty of closet space and very comfy beds. The bathroom was not fancy, but everything worked perfectly. The hotel has also a nice common area on the first floor which was great to do family games and to But the highlight of our stay was the staff, professional and extremely friendly at the same time. I highly recommend booking a "mezza pensione" because the restaurant and breakfast are really, really good. If we go back to Pinzolo, we will definitely stay again at Hotel Alpina!

Myself and my wife stayed here for a weeks skiing at the beginning of March. The hotel is family run and from the minute we arrived to the time we left the service was exceptional. The family are so helpful and friendly and I believe absolutely nothing would have been too much trouble if we asked. The food in the hotel is excellent. We were half board and ate in the hotel every night except one. The course choices were good and every meal was very well presented and very tasty. The hotel itself is a great location. The hotel is a traditional alpine style hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious enough. Bed was extremely comfy and made me think I need a new mattress at home. On the last full day my wife took unwell due to a skiing injury the day before and had to go to the hospital. The hotel went above and beyond to be helpful with little things from phoning the doctor for us and keeping food for us beyond the meal times, phoning us later on to see we were alright and providing food on a tray to take to my wife as she was unable to eat downstairs in the restaurant. We cannot thank the hotel and the staff enough for the fantastic stay we had and we would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here and we will be back.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito e una coppia di amici la terza settimana di marzo. Situato nel centro di Pinzolo, ottimo hotel, pulizia impeccabile, buono e vario il cibo e ottimo il buffet (abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione bevande escluse).Proprietari e personale gentilissimo e molto attento ad ogni richiesta. Posto auto davanti alla struttura. Fermata skibus vicino all'hotel. Consiglio ai proprietari di aggiungere degli asciuga scarponi, perché alcune sere non erano sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti della struttura. Sicuramente tornerò di nuovo.

Abbiamo trascorso cinque giorni meravigliosi all’Hotel Alpina, gestito con passione e professionalità dalla famiglia Collini. Fin dal nostro arrivo, ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa: la cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff hanno reso il nostro soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli e curate nei dettagli. Dopo una giornata sulla neve, è stato un vero piacere rientrare in hotel e rilassarsi in un ambiente caldo e accogliente. La cucina è stata un altro punto di forza: piatti deliziosi, preparati con ingredienti di qualità e attenzione alle tradizioni locali. Ogni pasto è stato un’esperienza gustosa, con menù vari e abbondanti, perfetti per ricaricare le energie dopo una giornata di sci. La posizione dell’hotel è ideale per gli amanti degli sport invernali: a pochi passi dagli impianti di risalita di Pinzolo, ci ha permesso di godere appieno delle piste perfettamente innevate della Ski Area Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta. Infine, non possiamo non menzionare l’atmosfera familiare che rende l’Hotel Alpina speciale. Ogni dettaglio è curato con passione, e il sorriso della famiglia Collini ci ha accompagnati per tutta la vacanza. Se cercate un hotel perfetto per una settimana sulla neve, con ottima cucina, pulizia impeccabile, accoglienza calorosa e una posizione strategica, l’Hotel Alpina è la scelta giusta.

Siamo stati benissimo dall'arrivo alla partenza. Camera bella, confortevole e molto calda, cucina eccellente, accoglienza e servizi di ottima qualità. Un saluto affettuso alla famiglia tutta che gestisce la struttura in modo impeccabile.
