Absolute Empfehlung! Sehr kleines, gemütliches Hotel an bester Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Tolles Ambiente in sehr schön restaurierten Altstadthäusern. Trotz der guten Lage ist es im Hotel sehr ruhig. Das Personal spricht gut bis sehr gut englisch. Sehr gutes Frühstück, unbedingt den Nachmittags Tee geniessen, es werden kleine regionale Köstlichkeiten gereicht.

五一小長假，帶小朋友來平遙古城。穿過熱鬧非凡的街巷踏入錦宅，頓時外界的喧囂被厚重的大木門斷開，衹餘滿院的靜謐與悠然。下午茶特別值得去體驗，點一壺老普洱茶，配着小吃與水果，望着窗外人來人往，如看電影般，這種“慢下來”的時光，大概就是旅途中最治癒的時刻。如果厭倦了千篇一律的酒店，錦宅的這份“大隱於市”的雅緻，值得專程來感受。

I've found out about Jinzhai in the middle of COVID and wanted to stay here in for years. It met all my expectations and more! All the staff were incredibly generous and sweet with my daughter. Just book early because not many rooms are available and may book out fast with tour groups. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

嗯，真的很好。如果來平遙體驗古城生活，那麼錦宅可能是最好的選擇，因為不是千篇一律那種客棧，甚至其品味不比國際聯號遜色，而且是古建築保護級別的。剛進入大門，就有熱毛巾、熱薑茶奉上，有種山西富商回家的感覺，直接暖到心窩。工作人員質樸真誠並帶着鬆弛感，酒店設計精緻典雅，帶着一份禪意，擺放的藝術品帶着東方意境，極美好的體驗！

公共空間的設計很棒，房間比較一般。早餐價格成人220一位，孩子110一位～房間礦泉水和咖啡包都沒有～1000多一晚的房費還是很震驚的～

Great hotel at a great location inside the Ancient City. Accommodations are really well maintained and looks like just renovated, while keeping the historical ambiance. Hotel staff speaks English and were very caring during our stay. Great place for a relaxing time. Quiet environment.

The hotel is very posh and luxurious. Great location, within 5 minutes walk to main street. Right outside the hotel, there are robot guides that you can rent to ride through the city. Breakfast is delicious, and the service provided is perfect. The only downside is the room is a bit old.

錦宅真的超級超級超級棒👍🏻宅子裏的管家和工作人員都特別熱情耐心温柔！給人一種回家了的感覺。宅子很大古色古香有14間房，房間外的院子小朋友玩兒的很開心。我們住的小套間2大2小住沒有問題，都睡得很舒服。早餐有簡單的中式西式可以點，還有自己做的麪包和果醬，味道都很棒！平遙古城的人很多，錦宅是我們這兩天體驗感最好的地方了。而且拍照非常出片～以後有機會再來平遙還會住這裏。孩子們都捨不得離開了……推薦大家都來感受近錦宅的魅力🥰

我一般選酒店是按價格從上到下排序。雖然錦宅在平遙的價格不是最貴的，但裝修看起來是我覺得我能接受的，其他酒店確實太老氣了。酒店給我升級到了套房，其實我一個人住，意義不大，而且卧室太小，客廳還行，有個小方桌，放我的外星人M18r，玩黑神話悟空正合適。酒店的服務很好，早餐是歐式或中式點餐，不是自助，但味道還行。出行可以讓酒店叫電瓶車，但除了入住和離店免費外，每人每次10元。但有幾個不足，一是沒有電視，老年人很不習慣。二是沒有床頭總開總一鍵關燈，睡下了還起床關燈。
