The bathroom ventilation clearly hasn't been cleaned since it was installed, the grout is moldy, the windows are dirty, the walls are moldy and filthy, the shower hose is rotten, and there's a direct view of the building opposite, which is only 2 meters away, so you have to keep the curtains closed and there's no airflow. The air conditioning doesn't work, the ashtray isn't emptied, etc. Thankfully, the sheets were clean. In my opinion, it's unacceptable to offer rooms in this state of disrepair, even for a budget hotel. It will only suit those who just need a bed."

"When you arrive at 2 pm they might be still cleaning rooms. They are very nice. But one of our door was broken, so the next day we requested it to be fixed but it wasn't fixed during our whole stay. If you don't like smoke/cigarettes don't stay here because there are people smoking in the halls or in there rooms. The cleaners are nice. Overall an average stay."
