Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - Pincher Creek

Spent two nights here as part of my Caravan Tour. Room was fine, bed was comfy and I was at the back of the hotel so little road or parking lot noise. Had 2 good breakfasts in the morning and a good buffet dinner one night after a day of sightseeing.

Worst motel to stay at. Please DO NOT GO THERE. We went as a group of few people. Bookings were made in advance.VERY PRICEY. Front desk had no clue and started charging more money. Room with King bed was mediocre. Terrible roaring shower fan. Front desk woman rude.

Not sure which stood out the most- the bathroom floor flooding because there was not a decent shower curtain, the buffets with cold food or the poor overall maintenance of this hotel. There aren’t a lot of options in Pincher Creek but I would advise to avoid if possible.

We spent 2 nights at the Heritage Inn. The rooms were newly renovated, clean and modern with many amenities. Breakfast was great with a nice selection of food. What surprised me more than anything is that we left a bag of souvenirs and a an Eagles hat in the closet when we left. I called and spoke to Sidney. She got back to me but couldn’t find anything. Said she’d call if anything showed up. I just chalked it up to my negligence. A week later I had a missed call from Pinchers Creek. Marjorie answered and said Sidney found the bag and hat in the back of the closet. Then I spoke to Sidney and she said she got so excited when she found the items and called me right away. I was so surprised and appreciative that Sidney did not give up on this. Others may have just forgotten about it but not Sidney. It’s nice to know there are people who go above and beyond to provide customer service. Hertitage Inn company management should give kudos Sidney and Marjorie who show how they care. I asked if they can mail them to me in the US at my expense of course and they had no problem going to that trouble. Thank you so much for the effort you put forth. I would highly recommend Heritage Inn for the accommodations and the great staff.

Dirty rooms, tv doesn't work, phone is crusty. Will not shower without my shoes on. Booked through AMA and had a great SURPIRSE when I checked in to be charged a extra $250.00 damage deposit. Because last year someone had a party in their room. I am not sure what 2, 70 YEAR OLD WOMEN could damage in the room....well not sure what item in the room is worth $250.00 even.

Clean room, cozy bedding. Got the ski pkg which included a free breakfast-made hot and fresh for you! I had 2 eggs, a piece of ham, hashbrowns toast and tea. Perfect for the start of a ski day! Pool was clean, the hot tub could have been hotter but still nice to saok in after a day of traveling. Great front end staff-shout out to Rebecca!

The hotel room was tired, especially the bathroom but considering the price we paid for the room, it was fine. Could hear noice from the hallway. The pool area is delightful though. Windows where you can see the mountains, an Amazon Alexa to play music, disco ball and a nice warm pool.

We were visiting Waterton and needed something relatively close that had the availability and was affordable and this checked all the boxes. Only 30 min drive from Waterton, it is a great 3* hotel! The beds were super comfortable, and we had a great sleep. Our rooms had Air Conditioning, which was a bit cold (and we couldn't figure out how to turn it off)... but that was literally the only negative bit of the booking. There is free parking, and our booking included breakfast which was delicious. We really enjoyed the pool with our infant son.

What a great stay we had here, very clean and friendly place, I really liked the layout of room, and the pool!?!?! Big warm pool and very large hot tub, There’s a disco ball over pool and Alexa to play music- super bright clean fun environment! Very impressive!
