Casa Mandala Hotel

Un hotel que vale la pena disfrutar, te sientes como en casa rodeado de naturaleza y agua personal muy Amable. No se van a arrepentir, la comida y bebida igual 10 de 10; todo súper rico l, habitaciones y hotel en general limpios !! De placer, negocios, familia y pareja se disfruta!! Tiene paddle y otras tablas para realizar actividades en agua y un recorrido en manglares que woau!! El silencio lo van disfrutar!! Fueron vacaciones de inicio de año para recargar muy buenas energías.

We were very happy with this hotel. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was wonderful. There was a power outage as we drove past two downed power poles but as it got dark the staff brought a generator to give us power I. Our room and lights around the pool. The restaurant was decent. We didn’t get a chance to go across by boat to the beach but we have been to the beach before and it is lovely. We went midweek and were the only ones there so it was so peaceful and enjoyable. The beach club next door is not a part of it as it appears on google maps and is only open fri-sun. We will definitely return

A small, intimate and lush hotel situated next to a beautiful mangrove estuary and a 5 minute boat ride to miles of beautiful beaches with the warm waters of the Pacific. The accommodations and amenities make for an intimate stay. The excellent restaurant/bar is steps from your room. But probably the best part of Casa Mandala is the staff. From the support staff to the hotel manager and the owner, they are all available to make your stay "perfecto"!

Espacio muy bello, con muchos elementos naturales que hacen estar en un ambiente cálido, con hermosa naturaleza, y un excelente servicio del personal!! Lo recomiendo al 100!

Podemos empezar por qué el lugar cómo belleza natural es impresionante el estero y la fauna del lugar es muy linda , EL HOTEL en atención PÉSIMA , nos quedamos una noche y ocupamos tres habitaciones , las sabanas estaban por demás manchadas , la limpieza en general no es su fuerte pero es ACEPTABLE , el área de la alberca y zonas comunes están decoradas de buen gusto y son muy agradables pero totalmente empañado por la atención que te brindan , los meseros se anotan propinas sugeridas de arriba del 10% lo cual se me hace algo que es bien Sabido por todo el Ambiente en el que se brinda un servicio NO ES CORRECTO pero bueno, no había espinacas , no había pan integral y así entre otras cosas , cuando dejamos la habitación que ya estaban Liquidadas desde que llegamos, las personas de la recepción hicieron contabilidad de las toallas QUE DEJAN EN EL BAÑO DE LA HABITACIÓN ( no solo las que se les regresan correspondientes a el area de las albercas) así como los vasos que te dejan para tomar Agua , y después de contabilizar te dejan ir lo cual fue de pésimo gusto . Es una lástima que el lugar sea tan bello por si solo y no brinden un servicio que complemente todo lo demás , y acorde con lo que se paga. Mejoren para darle un excelente servicio a sus futuros clientes.

Un hotel muy agradable, todo limpio. La alberca no es grande, pero tiene el tamaña suficiente para poder pasar todo el día dentro de ella. La calidad y porción de los alimentos del restaurante excelente. Todos los miembros del personal son muy atentos y amables, en especial Janet de recepción, Laidy y Monserrat del restaurante. Espero regresar pronto.
