Bear Mount Inn & Suites

The first thing we encountered was bugs, and then the bedroom smelled like they just sprayed a lot of febreze to cover the smell of smoke, whilst their website says smoke-free rooms. And the exterior area doesn’t look very pleasant and comfortable to stay at. So i wouldn’t recommend staying there.

One on the worst places I have ever experienced. The front desk clerk was rude and mean. Nothing was as it advertised. When asked about the pool , it was green and unkempt, he told me it was winter time and it was almost 89 o. Told me if I dint like it leave but no refund! ATM broken . You could tell the person at the front desk was not American he and his Family lived there. You would think they would take better care of their home. The bathroom door would no close . No walking lights had to move our stuff in the dark. Trash sitting at trash cans and floor. I believe that mold was in the air-conditioner. I coughed days after leaving. Checked out the very next morning.

I have reported this facility to the health department and I really do hope that they do their due diligence as well as the third party organizations that partner with this place upon arrival I Witness people smashing pills and smoking out of a crack pipe the pool had green algae and black fungus growing around it I requested to look at a room prior to accepting my reservation for two rooms that I booked back in January for the 7 days over the 4th of July it was an absolute nightmare as soon as I pulled back the sheets I observed Blood on the pillow bed bugs on the sheets and pillow I proceeded to pull the sheets completely off to find the motherhood of bed bugs I brought this to their attention and they did not seem bothered at all in fact they told me okay do you whatever I then proceeded to fight with the agency to get a full refund which I have yet to even receive and still in dispute I had to threaten the cops for him to unlock the door and talk to the third party facility as he was refusing to even pick up the phone this place is horrible and needs to be shut down and not reopened until a deep investigation and deep clean and possibly new ownership is taken place please do your due diligence don't look at the pretty pictures they show you on the website and just click a button make sure that you look at reviews and deep dive because obviously these third-party companies aren't doing their due diligence either very disappointed

I checked in to the hotel the afternoon of October 1st only to discover later in the early evening that the room (#120) had bed bugs. See attached photos. I checked out that evening expecting a full refund because of the bed bugs and was told I would receive a refund in 3-8 days. The hotel charged me for a night even though I was only there for less than 6 hours and then to top that, they charged more than the daily rate I was quoted. That’s right, they charged me more because their hotel room had bed bugs! Why am I paying for them to sanitize their rooms? Why wasn't I given a full refund? I’ve asked that question to the hotel in two emails and have yet to receive a response. And why was I charged a higher daily rate of $66.16, when I was quoted a daily rate of $61.99? Again, no response from the hotel to these questions. Do not stay at this hotel, ever!

Holes in the walls. Tape residue on the "bathroom" mirror, tub drain rusted, AC unit full of dirt and rags stuffed around the outer edges. Main curtain hanging by a wire wrapped around one side. Mismatched paint on one wall. I would not have stayed here if I knew how nasty it was. I am glad I was solo on this trip.

My son got eat up my bed bugs severely. The staff are so rude and do not care anything about their guest. The rooms look clean but have a severe issue with bed bugs. If I could post pictures on here of my son I would. My baby was miserable our entire time on our vacation after I seen bites on him we checked out as fast as possible he is still pitiful and is nervous about sleeping at another hotel. We got here late Friday night and this was the only place that had vacancy like I said rooms looked clean but come down to it bed bugs are horrible.

The worst dump we have ever stayed in.emaild the city of pigeon forge code enforcement and to date no response,it needs to be shut down.i wouldn't let animals stay in that crapp hole, filthy and full of mold . Holes in the ceiling with wires hanging out and the pool looks like a Septic tank.DO NOT STAY THERE

We were nervous due to the bad reviews but were pleasantly surprised. Everything was in working order. No bugs as we checked before carrying anything inside. Air conditioning worked good. Pet friendly. Allowed us to set our used towels outside the room daily on a rocking chair and leave fresh ones for us. The only reasons for no 5 stars is you pay a pet fee per day not per stay which is a lot. The rooms had repairs made to them that were obvious but, didn't effect our stay in any manner. We would stay here again.

Absolutely disgusting! Unsanitary, and a little unsafe. This place appears to be a toilet in Hell. We shoes up for our vacation a day early, and were looking for a pet friendly location. We seen an ad for this one. Well it was cheap, we would only be there for 6pm to about 6 am . Well we ended up not staying 45 minutes. Okay let me put this into perspective for ya. Our Yorkie licks her butt to clean herself, well she wouldn't even eat a treat that was sat on the bed for her. Had to place it in our hand first. When I say dirty. Dear God in heaven this place is dirty. The room felt wet. The lamp shade even looked to have mildew on it as well as the walls. The lighting over the vanity had electrical tape splicing the wires together. The air conditioner looked as though it might just fall out of the wall. Bedding?? This is where the word nasty is an understatement. Will enclude photos of the bedding that didn't appear to have been cleaned since 1980 something. Steer clear of this one!!!
