Definitely will be back!The pool area is beautiful and open 24hrs! Fire pit area is very relaxing. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Not a single complaint! Breakfast is top notch! We were greeted each morning by a lovely women named Cheryl! She was so helpful, kind and we really enjoyed talking with her. My grandaughter misses her already! Love that there are games such as tic tac toe, chess, checkers, etc. located throughout as a little extra. The place is absolutely beautiful!

Stayed here as a part of a timeshare promo, free of charge. The lobby, pool and the breakfast/bar area are great, parking lot was also of great size and good condition. However my room was disappointing. Single king room on the 5th floor was extremely cramped. Tiny TV, (not a smart TV either) vinyl floors instead of carpet and the bathroom was so small it was hardly useable. The overall condition of it was in decline, marks on the walls, rusty bathroom fixtures, NOISY toilet and just really needs a makeover. Our stay was fine but I would be VERY disappointed in my room if I had been paying full price for it, as it’s a rather expensive place.

Overall the hotel was fine. Staff was very nice. Free breakfast was good. We were told the hotel bar was open at night & you could order pizza, we never saw it open the week we were there. The room smelled a little musty & like animals especially when the air was running. Bed was comfortable. We used the hot tub twice & our suits had a musty smell after we went in the hot tub. No smell of chlorine at all. They allow animals which is great but if you are sensitive to smell you will notice it.

I paid for a room with two queen beds and when I got there was told I could not have it and was giving a handicap room with one terrible be. room was dirty bathtub was dirty and the commode water ran all the time, . I stayed at this place many times when it was a Holiday Inn express and suites ... did not know ehen booking that it was same building, it had changed names and for the worse. will not use trip advisor again or this hotel.

There is something about the Ramsey that we fell in love with, and that’s how far above and beyond the staff go to ensure you enjoy your stay! Upon arrival, we were quickly checked into our room and were happy with everything. Something that I loved the most about this hotel is that since it is not a chain, staying here was a personal experience. We even had a card that told us exactly who had cleaned our room! We really enjoyed the 24 hour pool, we chose to go down after 10pm when there were no kids swimming and had a relaxing time. The location is also very convenient right on the parkway with a trolleystop in walking distance! we will definitely be back for our trip next year

The hotel is old & used. It shows great photos online but the rooms do not match photos. Tv are old, remotes are old, curtains are old. The heat/A/C units is a wall unit that is controlled by a thermostat. Hotel is loud. There is a convention center attached to hotel that you can hear everything that is going on in your room. I travel every week for business & I would never stay there again.

This has been one of the greatest hotel experiences ever. The free breakfast is delicious. It’s buffet with china plates and real silverware. Cheryl was the hostess and was so sweet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s at a very convenient location to the parkway here in Pigeon Forge.

Very nice accommodations and free breakfast is a plus. Our toilet did not flush well. The location is great. It’s close to Gaitlynburg but not too close. Parking is convenient. While our stay, there were 2 fire alarms. One at 2:00 am and another at 3:00 am. Did not get proper rest.
