普通木地板房間有一股黴味，空調在門口正上方，如果天氣熱很難吹到床，要沿着走廊，撞到窗簾才可轉到床上，估計夏天睡覺會有點難受。另外，花灑水壓太小，洗澡不會爽快。此酒店在廣南三岐目前是鶴立雞羣，沒有其他酒店與他競爭，衹能將就住住吧。

Vị trí quá đẹp tại trung tâm của tp Tam Kỳ, tuy nhiên hệ thống trang thiết bị đã có vẻ xuống cấp, điều hoà ồn, quạt thông gió trong nvs không tắt được khiến mình mất ngủ cả đêm. Dịch vụ buffet sáng tệ vô cùng khi khách sạn cùng ngày có lượng khách rất đông, nhưng đồ ăn hết lại không thêm, đồ nguội, tanh, sau khi ăn xong mình đã bị đau bụng. Nhân viên phục vụ phòng ăn thật sự rất chán, thật may nhân viên lễ tân thì siêu nhiệt tình.

Vừa qua tôi có chuyến du lịch cùng gia đình tại Quảng Nam , tôi đã chọn khách sạn Mường Thanh để lưu trú và trải nghiệm. Không gian thoáng mát, sạch sẽ. Nhân viên dễ thương, nhiệt tình, phục vụ chu đáo và luôn hổ trợ tôi . Mọi dịch vụ đều tốt, tôi sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.

Merci à madame Diem et une au réceptionniste que j’ai oublié de demander son nom ( elle est enceinte) pour leur accueil chaleureux , très professionnels. Merci à madame Mẫn dans la salle à manger, très gentille, efficace, souriante. Elle s’assurait que nous ne manquions rien au déjeuner pendant notre séjour. Il y avait 2 monsieur qui fumaient dans la salle à manger pendant l’heure du déjeuner, et ce pendant nos 2 déjeuners . En 2025 je trouve que c’est inacceptable de leurs part de faire cela . C’était tellement désagréable.

This is one of the best hotels in town. It features warm and charming decor, paired with excellent service (they even upgraded my room to one with a city view at no extra cost). The breakfast was decent—though the selection wasn’t extensive, it was varied enough to stay enjoyable.
