Doğa içinde harika bir otel ama doğa olduğu için bir öok böcek ve kertenkele görmeyi göze almalısınız . terastaki balkonda küvete girmek güzeldi ama kertenkele görünce çıkıyordum:) yukardan aşağıya railwayle gitmek çok keyifliydi . Kaliteli çok güzel bir otel ama merkeze araçla gidilir

Впервые отдыхали в данном отеле! Понравилось безумно. Переехали в данный отель после Карона и наслаждались тишиной и спокойствием. Да, море периодически мельчает, но всегда можно подстроиться и уехать на другой пляж. Очень понравилось

We visited with our two children. The hotel has a great pool for children. Only downside of the pool is that it is very poorly maintained and we all got small or big cuts because of sharp tiles that were loose or broken. We had our room with a beautiful seaview up the hills. Getting from there down was very time consuming and not comfortable with two small children. The golf carts and the pick up truck are not made for this bad roads. The room was poorly cleaned, the towels not changed and the AC is extremely loud and turns off the whole time because it has a movement detector - during sleep you need to move or it gets hot in the room - bad solution and not 5 star value. The breakfast is nice with a broad selection. If the juices were fresh fruit juices and not syrup it would be a 5 star breakfast. In total we enjoyed our stay but there are quite some things the hotel should improve to keep up to the standard they promise and the price they ask.

Nice beach but not suitable for swim and just you can kayak and other water activities. The room area has Lizard and it could be worry some people. Perfect pool and garden view inside the pool and there is some shuttle for patong or kamala for free. At night the hotel dont have any program and the garden is so dark (dont have lights) I have a request for my friends in European countries: please avoid blowing your nose in public and do it in private. Thank you.

Очень спокойный отель. Территория красивейший ботанический сад, над которым поработали настоящие специалисты.

很少寫入住後的評價，這次必須寫一寫。 客觀來説酒店環境確實很美，還有mini zoo孩子很喜歡，游泳池也非常大。但是發生了一些不愉快充分體現酒店在管理上的問題。 1.入住期間，我們下午外出，服務員進屋打掃後，我們晚上回去發現丟了一大袋子東西。裏面有我們從國內帶着給孩子喜歡吃的零食、在泰國前幾天購買的吃的、還有我們隨身帶的一些孩子的葯品、兩個膳魔師保温杯。孩子在酒店畫的三幅畫放在床頭櫃上也被扔掉了。在和酒店交涉後，酒店不承認保潔員誤扔掉物品和畫。解決方案就是我們可以吃房間內mini bar的零食和等我們退房可以送我們到機場。後來攜程客服幫忙協調酒店也未做補償。 2.入住期間趕上情人節，酒店給房間放了一封信通知當晚8:30-8:45在海灘有煙花。結果8:10我們在房間就聽見放煙花的聲音，跑出去到海灘已經結束了，前後也就不到五分鐘時間。 很難想象一個五星級酒店，在處理問題和日常管理上如此不人性化、如此粗糙！還不如國內經濟型酒店服務好呢！ 不過在此特別表揚攜程客服，當我和酒店交涉無果後，攜程非常效率的去聯繫酒店。並且承諾酒店不解決，攜程也會負責到底。回國後第一時間聯繫我，不到半天就幫我解決了問題，且全程態度非常好！給一個大大的贊！

花園式酒店，私人海灘趕海，小動物樂園實現投喂自由，碩大的泳池怎麼玩都不會膩，餐食好吃，早餐豐富，是會二刷三刷的酒店。是非常棒的親子酒店。

喜歡這家酒店，每天餵動物我們都參加，早上還有簡單的瑜伽運動，碧海藍天心情巨好 ， 歐洲人很多， 環境好，值得體驗。
