reception在樓梯上面，要自己拉着行李上去沒有人幫助。每天走樓梯很累，設施比較老舊。

The towels in the hotel are very dirty, the pillow also with some dirt!

一塌糊塗都是蟲，服務極差，圖圖車要等20分鐘 外賣要等2小時才肯送

非常不滿意，床上有渣渣被套不乾淨潮濕，國布吉避雷 我再説一遍不要來不要來，不如去馬來亞庇！ 酒店：美憬閣vista hideway這個酒店實話實説風景可以，但是做事不行，第一天我們到的時候那個前台告訴我衹有酒水和零食需要錢，冰箱裏的不要錢，不要錢就喝嘛，他自己説的，然後我也沒有看到賬單，我看了我就不喝了，你知道麼也不是差這個錢一瓶可樂140株（30rmb）出門100米711一瓶可樂30泰銖（6元）我是****麼？到我第四天要離開的時候，checkout時候他就給我賬單，我都不知道這是啥，他跟我説這是我喝的，我説第一天你和我説免費，不是説我一晚上1000的酒店，然後呢這個態度，你也是瘋了吧！那個經理就在那一直説一直説我就跟他説我我要是知道我還喝我是錢多燒的麼？他説他理解，我説我要報警，我説這是詐騙，他説我為什麼不看list我説我相信你們跟我説的，然後你這樣陰陽我，然後他説給我打4折，788泰銖原本2000泰銖了我要趕飛機我就沒空跟他墨跡，要是我不趕飛機我就在那裡等着警察，你賬單不放一個明顯的地方，而且你的服務員自己説的不要錢，你們的錯誤，讓我承擔，就是給他臉了

房間暗。 下水排水慢和酒店説了也一樣。就放2瓶水 晚上打電話要半天不送。再次打電話。 準時12點催你走人。 擦手毛巾第二天沒有給。 屋裡潮濕 被褥潮濕。 餐巾紙也是發黴的味道 要求更換 也不換。

Love everything about this hotel!  The location is good ! Got 7E just nearby. Staff are really helpful, very friendly  Will come again for sure!

Nice hotel. But not physically & not practicaly. - Difficulty in transport to city centre. - Complicated system of designing the building & rooms , not easy to exit to street without using boggy !!!! You have every time to waste time and wait to order the boggy .. !! The visitors prefer always to easy exit from hotel ... and this hotel is not .for the next building. It's good only for who want to relax at the resort without going out much many time .. Thx

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong, and I must say, the experience was a mix of breathtaking views and some disappointing service. - The Positives From the moment I checked in, I felt like I was on vacation. The stunning views truly set the tone for a relaxing getaway. This hotel is a fantastic choice for couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Patong. - The Negatives However, my stay was marred by a significant issue. On the second day of my stay, I noticed a towel with multiple blood stains, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Hygiene is paramount in any hotel, and this was disappointing. I called the reception to address the issue, hoping for a resolution that would reflect the hotel's high standards. Unfortunately, the response I received was less than satisfactory. While I understand that the hotel was busy—there was a 40-minute wait just to check in—customer service should remain a priority. A gesture of compensation would have gone a long way in addressing this concern and enhancing my overall experience. I’ll be posting a video review shortly, as it’s a shame to highlight the negatives when the potential for a great experience is there.

좋은 가격에 럭셔리한 시설, 쾌적하고 넓은 방! 로비에서 보이는 아름다운 석양 뷰와 세 개의 수영장이 너무 좋았습니다. 매주 세번 6:45pm에 로비에서 불꽃쇼를 하는데 운치있고 멋있더라구요. gym도 넓고 깨끗합니다. 스태프들도 전부 친절하고 묻기도 전에 먼저 도와주시려 노력하시더라구요. 5성급 호텔에 맞는 서비스였습니다. 방은 넓고 화장실도 넓고 발코니에서 담배도 태울 수 있습니다.
