酒店環境很好。融入自然環境很漂亮。 配套也很齊全，沙灘游泳池，桌球，乒乓球一應俱全。小孩玩的也很開心。 兩點不足: 房間環境很好。唯一的缺點就是有點潮，感覺房間裏面的水氣幹不了。床和被子也有點潮。 位置有點偏，周邊沒有吃飯的地方，打的去了鎮上也不夠熱鬧。

提早給我們入住了 酒店服務很好 出門都可以用接駁車 免費寄存行李 早飯6:30就有啦 沙灘沒時間去 皮划艇也沒玩 主要是這次行程太趕了 早飯也好吃 ！！

首先呢，這個酒店2:30了還不給入住，非得等到3:00以後才能入住，但是酒店呢，並不是注滿的狀況！其次，他的按摩貴的要死，接近400塊錢，一個人，洗個頭發300多，然後呢，一點都不專業，那個洗髮師帶着美甲洗得疼得要死，那個水一會熱，一會冷300塊錢就這個服務嗎？第一次見帶着美甲給客人洗頭的？最後他那個餐食花了400多一位訂的，然後也不給退，根本就沒有吃太垃圾了，整個餐廳一個人都沒有。如果我吃了你不給我退，我可以理解，但是我沒有吃，你也不給我退，請問你的損失在哪裡？還一分錢都不退？國的威斯汀這麼拽的嗎？這樣子做下去會沒有生意的喲，老闆重視一下吧。晚餐卷退房的時候退回去還拍了照片。

I would not recommend this hotel. Hotel is really run down and desperate for a renovation. Apart from looking very dated, most parts were not well maintained. The rain was heavy during our stay and the ceiling in the bedroom leaked for 2 days. We were not moved rooms and it took 7 different communication attempts with staff to get it repaired but afterwards there was paint flaking off in the room. A very unpleasant experience. We received an apology fruit platter for the inconvenience. The pool also had lots of damage and safety issues with broker tiles and handles loose. The pool towels were old and falling apart. The service everywhere was very slow and usually ineffective. The breakfast buffet had quite a big selection but was also very disorganised. The whole resort is on steep hills so would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. There are golf carts for staff to drive you to your room which was necessary when the rain was heavy but usually a long wait to get a cart. There is not much outside the hotel and about 1km walk to the nearest convenience store. The 3000THB deposit per night charged at check in seemed excessive.

Place is okay for a stay but 15 min away from Phuket town. We haven’t tried amenities so can’t speak of it. We wouldn’t recommend breakfast, not sure whether it was us or something else, but every dish we tried was underwhelming and the buffet was not worth the cost.
