I will never return to this same place, It was a bad experience with this hotel, they told me due to my booking was with third party, all booking are only allowed for 2 adults per room but when I booked with Trip, I clearly state that it’s for 2 adults and 1 child with age stated. And they insist me to pay the extra cost. So I don’t have a choice uand pay during my checked in on 29/1 (Chinese new year eve) and I can’t allocated anyone from Trip. And when I went to the room, the bed sheet wasn’t change, it was with stain, and I haverequested them to do it but it wasn’t done for my 3 nights stays. And during my checked out, I passed them the room keys and they told me to wait for 5 mins as they are checking on the mini bar but end up I have to wait for more then 13 mins and still standing without informing me that I can leave till I asked them again, then the lady told me, you can go now. The lobby staffs at the counter doesn’t have enough experience to handle customers when there are too many, all these needs to be improved especially the person who answer the call over the phone.

Nice hotel on a large property; golf buggies to transport guests between buildings are helpful.

這個飯店無論配套，服務，環境，衛生簡直都是太出色了。完全被驚呆 從一進門checkin 的親切員工問候 絕美的山景 到每一個進出接送的員工都太讓人印象深刻了。強推！

The stay has been disappointing to say the least - we were greeted with a nice entrance, but the rooms, the service were lackluster. For example, when we checked in - there was no one to greet us by the door, or someone to help us with the luggage The concierge was slow to reply via the dedicated hotel app, and the buggies were slow to come. When we entered the room - it looked like it was hastily cleaned up and the floors were still wet We went up to visit the 360 bar but it looked like it wasn't ready for customers - and the buggy sending us there did not warn us about that I know we didn't book an expensive villa this time round (we were just staying for one night), but I do not think hotels should discriminate services rendered like this. Unlikely to return; and I do not recommend this hotel

아주 저렴한 가격에 풀빌라를 예약해서 다녀왔습니다. 하루에 30만원 초반대에 이용할수 있는 아주 큰 빌라였고 스파, 에프터눈 티 까지 무료로 제공되었습니다.

조용한 곳에 지연친화적이고 힐링됐어요 조식당이 더워서 땀흘리며 먹은 단점은 있지만 방도 넓직하니 좋고 필터물 색깔도 다녀본곳중 세손가락 안에 들만큼 좀 깨끗한편 수영장 물온도도 부담없이 딱이고 만족 햤어요 음식맛은 좀 보통인편 이었어요 전체적으론 맘에 들었어요

太偏僻，但離機埸很近，約25分鐘，可call bolt比較便宜，只住一晚，check in 後已近4:00pm，等行李入房有點遲，要call front desk先送到，只可到泳池一遊，便沒有怎麽可做，晚上到Alto食意大利餐，一般吧

風景很好很安靜，適合出門度假的朋友們，酒店的服務態度也不錯，早餐差了一點意思但是服務還不錯，缺什麼手機上直接點就行了

我們定的雙層套房 游泳池有spa 可以在房間可以在自己的院子裏玩 酒店本身的廚房firefly 並不好吃 早餐也比較拉垮 種類很少 去哪裡都要坐車 總之不是很推薦。 而且按理説我們定了2000+套房 mini bar的東西一般都是 complementary的 好傢伙不僅不是 連送的水都衹有一瓶… 早餐的時候聽説老闆是韓國還是日本人 … 我瞬間懂了… 不會再去的一家酒店

酒店位於一隱蔽地方，環境清靜，多樹但不多蚊，員工非常有禮貌，高質素，房間非常乾淨，大，早餐質素很高，值得去，性價比超高。

開始我們定的普通房，感覺不太合適就升了別墅泳池套房，真是感覺太好了！有家庭來布吉強烈建議住這裏。服務也非常好。專門有個台灣小妹妹接待中國遊客，非常不錯的體驗。

半夜到的 臨時訂的 差點不給進了 本來一肚子火 不過確實方方面面還不錯 挺好的可以放心住 套房很大 兩個衞生間很節約時間
