The hotel breakfast is delicious, but it is not served buffet-style and has very limited options, which may not be sufficient to satisfy hunger. Cleanliness is a significant issue; housekeeping requires requests for basic tasks such as mopping the floor or changing the bedsheets and pillowcases daily. Furthermore, when addressing concerns with the staff, they may mention a stain cleaning fee. While the photos of the villa appear appealing, the actual space is smaller than expected. The shower pressure is low and occasionally does not provide hot water. Additionally, several utilities typically found in serviced apartments are missing. The washing machine only washes clothes and does not include a drying function. The gym facilities are very limited, featuring only one bench. There is no front desk service available at night, and there is a fee for extra towels. When ordering food, guests must pick it up themselves, as there is no dedicated service.

Прекрасная вилла с полным комплектом необходимых принадлежностей. Отдыхали семьей с двумя детьми в двухкомнатной вилле. Расположение отличное, близко к улице с разными ресторанчиками и магазинами. Персонал очень вежливый, отзывчивый, стараются сделать пребывание максимально комфортным. Полноценная кухня, комната с двумя раздельными кроватями и одна главная спальня, 3 санузла, Бассейн. Качество материалов, удобное расположение, чистота, Классная пляжная сумка, ненавязчивая уборка. Всё это оставило исключительно положительные впечатления от пребывания на Villa Alanna.

Villa Alanna is a great retreat just a short drive away from Bang Tao beach and 5 mins walk from Boat Avenue. The Villa was great, well maintained and the service was excellent! The rooms were always cleaned up immaculately and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Most of all, this place is serene and quiet. Great if you want to be away from the bustle of Boat Avenue and the Beach, yet still relatively nearby. The private pool also makes it really great for families. Looking forward to our next visit already!
