Majoituspaikan vastaus: As you don't mention your name on this review, we are not quite sure who you are. Therefore, it is hard to explain about the situation. However, the key deposit is refunded to every guest after checking out if they don't damage anything in the room. For late check-in, we have already informed clearly on our description which you can read before making your reservation. Normally, our check-in time is 2-7 pm. Guests can check in late but please inform us in advance at least before 5 pm on their arrival date. Our staff will wait for them as their request. Hope you understand our policy.

Unfortunately, we couldn't change the room for you because there are guests stayed in those rooms. You kept saying about the noises but you booked the room with window(City view). You told us that there is only this room available when you booked. If you know yourself that you can't sleep with some noises, why didn't you book other place to stay? It is not fair for us that you give us low rating because of your decision. You always asked so many questions via WhatsApp and on Trip.com which are very annoying. You should ask the same questions only on Trip.com. Therefore, we or Trip.com staffs can assist you about your questions. We hope you will check details of other properties carefully before make reservation and stop complain others without any reasons.

Some people enjoy to stay in this room because they don’t want anyone to disturb them. They really like it. Therefore, you are better to read the room description carefully before make a reservation and stop complaining about what are already informed because you made your own decision to reserve this room.The room that you booked is “Budget Double Room” which you can read in our description when you make the reservation that there is no window. Actually, there are a small window near the ceiling and a ventilating fan in this room which guests can open to let fresh air come in. Our policies including key deposit 500 baht are also shown clearly on every OTAs which guests can read before make the reservation.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: We are not sure that you gave us wrong service score. You asked us about local market which sells “no-brand name” products. We therefore gave you the information then you came back from shopping there with smile. After that, we also took some photos for both of you before you went to bed on the last night of your stay. You really appreciated. When you checked out, you also looked happy. So, we wonder what make you gave us low score about our services.If you were not happy about carry your 4 big luggage to your room upstairs, we allowed you to leave your luggage at our lobby overnight. Our self-service and facilities information are on all OTAs which guests can read before make a reservation. It explains clearly that there is not elevator in our building. This means guests have to take their own luggage to the room by themselves. This may be inconvenient for you. There are also not many facilities in your room as you can read and see from the photos. If you expect more facilities, you can inform us to change the room. Hopefully, you understand and please read all information before you make a reservation next time.

We always ask about check out time because we don’t open 24 hours as you can see on our information. A refrigerator is also not on our list. Please ensure that you read the details whenever you book rooms in the future.

Our place is in a new condition and the room you chose is same as on online. However, we tried our best several times to help but you didn’t accept it. If you would like to help us to improve our business, you should inform us nicely. We don’t see anything as you complained.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: The room that you booked is a “Budget Double Room” which has no window which indicates clearly on every OTAs about what facilities we provide which everyone can see before make a reservation that there are no kettle and fridge. It seems like you didn’t read any information and choose the cheapest price. Therefore, we kindly asked whether you prefer to change the room. You accepted our offer to upgrade your room to be “Superior Double Room with City View” which made you more comfortable for your long stay.In order to make yourselves comfortable during your stay, you can inform us about what you needed. Other guests ask when they need any extra. We have never had any issue about bed duvet and sink.For fruits, every hotel is not allowed to eat in the rooms because of the smell of durian and the unremovable stains from fruits’ rubber on the bedsheet. Guests can eat any fruits at our lobby. You don’t understand but you didn’t ask about the reason. Furthermore, nobody informs us about rat in our place and we didn’t see any as well. By the way you broke the swing of the A/C in your room, we didn’t check it carefully before you left. Currently, the A/C can’t switch off properly. We will attach video and send to *******.
