Service was good. We requested a room change and was promptly adhered to. Service staff are polite, friendly and helpful. We used the swimming pool after check out while waiting for airport transferred scheduled at 3pm. The staff provided towels and even allowed us to shower at their spa after our swim.

The view from the room was truly lovely. It was wonderful to have privacy, as both the room and the bathroom faced the sea—this was an important factor in choosing this hotel. The sea view was definitely the highlight of the experience. It was visible from almost everywhere in the hotel, and the teppanyaki restaurant, Gin, was exceptional. The chef was friendly, personable, and professional. The food was of good quality, and one of the older, elegant Thai-Chinese ladies providing service stood out, especially since the other staff members were less pleasant during our dining experience. We left feedback with their names in their internal feedback. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the quality of the room and the air conditioning, which was a significant letdown, as well as the variety and overall spread of the breakfast.

房間很滿意，面朝大海，家裡有兩個娃，睡得高低床再加一張大床，house keeping也比較快，有問題一叫就來了，酒店的早餐也比較豐富，推薦！

距離芭東比較遠，房間一直有噪音，問了前台説是雨季的青蛙在**，要求換了房還算比較配合，滿意的是早餐還不錯

建議 1.早餐選擇品種較少； 2.樓與樓之間風雨㾿要增加，大風大雨不好走； 3.走路梯級太多，老人家不好走； 4.房間隔音一般，房外聲音都聽到，木地板有時發山嚘嚘聲。

The resort is located away from the nightlife areas hence it’s quieter and you smell less secondhand **** smoke. Cleanliness of the pool deck could be better but the pool is a very nice place to relax at. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay here with my family.

5月の中旬に宿泊しました。あいにくの天気で、滞在中はずっと曇り〜雨の繰り返しで、青空がなかったのが残念でしたが、ホテルステイは最高！ ホテルのスタッフが、雨季はカップルだと楽しめますよ！と言ってました。たしかにホテルステイは満喫出来ました。 まずプールが最高！プールにあるバーも雰囲気最高でした。滞在中タイモヒートを何回おかわりしたか(笑) 毎晩、パトンビーチのバングラ通りへシャトルバスを活用して出かけました。とても便利です！ またstayしたいです！

We recently stayed at Kalima Resort with our 10-year-old daughter in early June 2025, and despite some challenges due to the rainy weather, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The resort's hilltop location offers stunning views, but it's worth noting that the steep slopes and stairs may make it less accessible for wheelchair users. Additionally, some corridors aren't sheltered, so you might get wet walking between buildings during rain. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Our twin-bedded room with a sea view and balcony was perfect for our family of three, and the bathtub was a hit with my daughter. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The pool area was a highlight, with a pool bar offering breathtaking views of the sea. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, including halal and vegetarian options. The Italian food served in the afternoon and evening was delicious. The resort's shuttle bus service to Patong shopping malls was convenient, taking just 10 minutes. Overall, despite the slippery floors during the rainy weather, we found the stay to be comfortable and family-friendly. We'd definitely consider returning to Kalima Resort. *Rating:* 4/5 stars (would be 5 stars if accessibility and sheltered corridors were improved)
