Not recommended. This hotel does not respect their customers at all. Their staff even attempted to attack one of my family members. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. On the first day, we had around 8 family members eating inside the restaurant between 6-7pm. One of the staff came in and turned off the air-conditioning without notifying us while we were still eating. Again, on the third day, we were sitting inside the restaurant planning to have dinner because it was heavily raining. We waited about 15 minutes, but none of the staff came to take our order. Finally, the same staff member from the first day came in and once again turned off the air-conditioning without notifying us, ignored us, and left. We went out and asked him why he turned off the air-conditioning while we were waiting to order. We asked and spoke to him without attacking him, but he tried to attack one of my family members. We quickly left. However, other staff and hotel guards also tried to attack my family members without knowing the full situation. I can confidently say that this is the worst hotel and customer service experience I have had in Thailand. Note: The hotel's restaurant operating hours are from 10am to 10pm daily. If your staff do not want to serve hotel guests for dinner between 6-7pm, please changing your operating hours. The way you treat your guests is completely unacceptable.

Отдыхали в апреле 2025, заселили в старый корпус, в номере очень пахло сыростью, кондиционер дует прямо на кровати, кровати жесткие, освещение в номерах очень плохое.Уборка каждый день. Питание нормальное, персонал вежливый. Бассейн чистый, вода прохладная. Близкое расположение к морю

HOTEL vieillissant. Beaucoup de matériel à remplacer. Le personnel de la réception est très désagréable ne doit pas savoir ce que c’est que un sourire. Très fidèle client de cet hôtel Je suis arrivé à l’hôtel à midi Alors que ma chambre était libre , malgré après 48 heures sans sommeil, j’ai dû attendre 14 heures pour y accéder. le personnel de Service est très gentil, très souriant, très dévoué, cela compense le manque d’amabilite de la réception 😩😩😩

Выбирал отель перед вылетом по отзывам и расположению. Очень удачное расположение, чистый ,уютный и тихий отель. Народу не много. Намера просторные, чистые. Уборка и смена белья каждый день. Завтраки хорошие, много фруктов и выпечки и очень вкусные ПОНЧИКИ!!! Буду на Патонге обязательно вернусь в этот отель.

Отель очень понравился, хороший завтрак, отличное местоположение. Уборка каждый день. Вежливый персонал.

Nice room & location. But the bed is double bed. Better if queen bed
