После первой ночи, продлили отель еще на ночь. Дали другой номер. Он был немного хуже, черные пятна в ванне больше, чая нет, в ванне мошки

Рецепшн на уровне забегаловки. Разбили стакан. Шума было до вызова полиции. Смех да и только . Зарабатывают 200 бат за стакан. А в номере не повернуться))

Не сказать что я сильно привередливый но этот отель по мне тянет максимум на 3. Завтраки однообразные, с голоду не умрешь но выбор минимальный. В номерах убираются тоже так же, подмели чуть, постель заправили, все. В некоторых номерах есть тараканы, лично видел. Не знаю ка на др этажах но на 2м wi-fi ужасный, можно сказать нет интернета, думаю на др этажах примерно тоже самое. Даже нормальных весов чемодан взвесить нет. Полотенца пляжные берете на ресепшене, но не факт что они там с утра есть. К обеду положат. На мои просьбы что то сделать с интернетом кивают но все как было так и осталось. Расположение, один плюс, до пляжа рукой подать. А вот 7eleven, надо пройтись метров 500-700.

Overall, the stay at the hotel can be rated as average. On the one hand, there is a great view from the top floor where the swimming pool is located, on the other hand, very poor and tasteless breakfasts. In addition, there was a very unpleasant story when leaving the hotel (October 29, 2024), related to booking a transfer from the hotel to the airport. We booked and paid for the transfer at the hotel (1400 THB), received a receipt confirming this, but the hotel administrator put us in a taxi not associated with the hotel. We realized this when we had already arrived at the airport, and the taxi driver asked us to pay for the trip again. We tried to clarify the situation with the administrator by phone, but to no avail. I hope that the hotel administration will see this message and contact me for clarification and compensation for expenses, because the service from the hotel was not actually provided. I would definitely come back! Great staff and close to the beach.

The location of the hotel in Karon is why we chose this hotel. It is very close to the beach and down a quiet street but those are really the best points about this hotel. When we arrived at hotel and checking in, we were presented with a list of items if they were broken during our stay or went missing, this was the cost of them. Then we were told we had to pay a deposit of 3000 baht in cash!!! There was no option of putting this on a card. This left us with a bad taste in our mouth from the moment we checked in. The room itself was clean and tidy but you were so scared to touch or do anything just in case it was accidentally broken which can be hard when you have kids. The breakfast was incredibly poor and lacked any choice. There was no one cooking fresh egg choices like there is most hotels in Thailand’s hotels. The low point though was on our last night where my son and partner got trapped in the lift for about 15mins. The alarm wasn’t working and luckily I heard my partner yelling for help so I raced downstairs to get help. The man on the front desk had his music on so loud that he hadn’t heard anything and there really no rush to get it sorted. Luckily my partner managed to open the door of the lift but there was no apology or concern afterwards. When checking out we were so worried that we wouldn’t get our deposit back even though we knew nothing was broken or missing. And luckily we did but it’s not a nice feeling or to feel on edge while you are supposedly trying to relax.

This place was a disappointment, when we entered the room, the first thing we noticed was stains and hairs in our sheets, went downstairs and asked for them to be changed and we got told that we had to wait till the next day, so my girlfriend asked for a spare sheet and we changed it ourselves, just when we thought it was over, we went into the bathroom to shower and a huge roach came out, bathroom was not clean and it had a smell. I’m all about affordable rooms and I’m deff not expecting a 5 star hotel or treatment, I’m super open minded, but this was terrible. I had booked 2 nights and we were gone within an hr of being there. We did not stay, we truly couldn’t after that experience.
