Eden Resort & Villas Phuket Patong

Incredible!! If you’re looking to visit Patong or Phuket in general, BOOK THIS HOTEL!! We changed to this hotel just before we came to Patong and it’s the best decision we made. You can tell there has been recent refurbishment, the design and whole feel of the place is worlds away from the hustle of Patong and a real sanctuary. If you’re looking for somewhere central but also removed like we were, this is the place for you. There was always maintenance work going on, whether it be to the rooms or the beautiful greenery which is great to see and clearly the investment in this hotel is ongoing. The room was modern, spacious, and the indoor/ outdoor feel of the shower was a nice touch and a highlight. We always received plenty of water each day, complimentary treats from the mini bar and it truly felt like home for the time we stayed. The towel art left on the bed was a very sweet touch (see photo attached) As for the staff, DO NOT listen to any reviews giving a negative view of the staff. We/ our bags did not get searched and in actual fact our umbrella (provided by Eden) was taken, when we reported this to them there was no hassle, no ask for payment, no suspicions and they were very understanding. The kindest, most generous people we came across in our entire trip. We were continuously impressed by the staff, we are only sorry we didn’t get all of their names! The names we did get who we’d like to call out are Tid, James and Jay, as well as everyone in the restaurant area. THANK YOU for being incredible and making an already fantastic hotel a 10/10. It’s always sad to leave but saying goodbye to these wonderful people was truly a shame! As for the food, the breakfast offers were plentiful especially considering this is a smaller hotel, evening food was reasonably priced, DELICIOUS and we are at the Adam eatery most nights. If you are looking to visit Patong or Phuket in general, do me a favour and stay here. There isn’t a bad word we could say. Thank you to the entire team at Eden Resort and Villas!! Shortly after booking my stay 4+ months in advance, I got into a bad accident and suffered a intracranial hemorrhage. Due to this I am unable to travel so I asked the hotel and corresponded with Gift, asking if they could provide a refund to cancel my reservation due to my circumstances. They said they would only consider if I sent them a medical report of my injuries. In the US, this is illegal as all medical records are confidential. I shared my medical results to them anyways in hopes that they would consider—only for them to request a dr's note which they should have requested first. I am in rehabilitation for my injury and this is the last thing I want to deal with. Unhelpful staff, greedy establishment that was just remodeled. *AVOID STAYS LIKE THIS THAT ARE ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY*

We recently stayed at Eden Resort & Villas to celebrate my 30th, and it was one of the most beautiful places we stayed in Thailand. Truly a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Patong. The moment you enter the lobby you are greeted by the warm and friendly staff, cold lemongrass tea and refreshing face towels to immediately put you into a state of calm and relaxation. The interiors and styling of this resort is so beautifully curated, you have no choice but to feel serene. When we were staying there, the pool had just been renovated (literally opened the day we arrived) and although there was a little construction happening during our stay, it was never loud and intrusive, and never disrupted our stay. It was definitely for the better, because the new pool and adjacent bar is absolutely stunning and transports you to the Mediterranean with a Thai twist. Absolutely stunning!! Not only was the staff kind, friendly and helpful, but the restaurant on site was incredible as well. The food at Eden was some of the best we tried in Thailand. You can tell the ingredients and produce was high quality and the food tasted amazing. A mix of Thai and western options, all the food was amazing. As were the cocktails!! We were excited to see new pool side villas being constructed, as well as villas with private pools which we will definitely be booking the next time we come to Thailand!! Overall it was an amazing experience and this resort is highly recommended for anyone who wants a touch of Mediterranean relaxation mixed with Thai personality and culture. We will definitely stay here again and look forward to our next stay.

Lovely stay, room was super nice and modern. Staff there are very friendly and helpful. location was great, close to the beach and main strip in patong. Pool was nice but small. Eden restaurant (right outside) was great too. The only downside to this place was that you’re only given one key card per room which was slightly inconvenient as one card was needed to operate the electricity. Other than that, the stay deserves 5 stars! Would definitely recommend to others !

Fabulous hotel in the perfect location. The hotel has recently just been refurbished the rooms were out of this world. We had the best few nights stay here. They do not show you any photos of the pool but it has a lovely little pool also which is an extra.

My wife and I recently had a wonderful experience at Eden Resorts. The staff was notably friendly and professional, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The resort's tranquil location, away from the bustling Bangla Road, was perfect for a relaxing getaway. A highlight was the beach, conveniently just a 3-minute walk away, adding a lovely dimension to our stay. Dining at the resort was a delight, with a diverse and delicious menu that consistently impressed us. Our room was spacious, modern, and immaculately maintained, reflecting the resort's recent refurbishment. Eden Resorts is an excellent choice for families or solo travelers seeking a peaceful yet engaging retreat.
