Lame management - no front desk pick up the phone, no staff staying at check in when check in at night - called didnt pick up
Lame service mind - hotel couldnt find booking - reservation staff said cannot track and she will not call the agent Trip.com saying "her job is only to check in customer, not to contact the agent" - amazingly surprise how the hotel able to run for until today with this standard :) worst of the worst experience ever
Lame problem solving skill - cannot contact, didnt support, didnt show empathy to solve or check out where or what caused the booking unable to find in "their own hotel system"
FUNNY
Then customer had to contact Agent by themselves and found out that the booking is ACTIVE. It's hote that is messed up !
No water no drink were served while waiting for them to solve and find out the problem - what the h? Is the hotel owner is thinking .... should train employees better. This is the hotel and we paid for staying at hotel. We didnt ask to stay for free.
Rooms were not clean. Some garbage in between the bed and side table lamp. The tub is not clean, the insect was there.
Breakfast was not good, food line was little and there is one hour to go until it is over, but the they dont even refill the food. When the guests are still coming down to have breakfast.
Too many flies - need better arrangement of the fork and cutlery.
Plates and bowls have stai, not a clean wash.
I would rate the hotel as 2 stars out of 5 stars if with this management and service mind and quality of the stay.
Many more reasonable and worth the price than this hotel. Whoever plans to stay here can do research on google reviews for clearer details and decide somewhere else. We were here at cafe 5 years ago, service was great so we decided to stay here without hesitation, but we were so wrong.
Should have checked reviews first then we wouldnt have such nightmare.
