Die Reinigungsdamen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr eintönig, keine Abwechslung. VOR ALLEM KEINE Frühstücksbox verfügbar (zb. bei frühbeginnende Ausflüge)! Das Essen darf nicht mitgenommen werden! KEIN Frühstück im Zimmer vom Buffet erlaubt, wie angeboten! KEIN Fahrradverleih, KEIN schnorcheln oder tauchen möglich, kein Kanusport, KEINE Angelmöglichkeit, keine Grillmöglichkeiten, keine Karaokebar, kein Besteck / Geschirr am Abend und kein Kinderspielplatz wie angeboten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Rezeptionist (nachmittags/abends) gestaltete sich sehr schwierig, da nur thailändisch, kein Englisch oder andere Sprachen. Die meisten Belange konnten nicht erfüllt werden. Lediglich Ausflüge können nach Listen gegen Aufpreis ausgewählt werden. Wäscheservice sehr teuer, Kosten werden nach Einzelteilen berechnet (kein Kilopreis)! Nur thailändische Nachrichten verfügbar, keine englischen verfügbar. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal in Betracht ziehen.

Bardzo nam się podobał hotel, w pięknym cichym miejscu, było czysto i przyzwoicie, warty swojej ceny , chcieliśmy zostać dłużej ale nie było miejsc

The front desk staff was friendly and spoke great English. Besides that not much good to say. The room was not clean with tons of dust and hundreds of dead insects and dirt/garbage under the bed as well as in the sink near the front door. I opened the kettle to make an instant coffee and it was also full of dead flies. Breakfast view is nice and the food is ok. I came in with my wife and two year old daughter and eat a little bit but my daughter started throwing a tantrum so I took her back up to the room when I came back down I was told by the staff that they would allow me to have a coffee but they “were aware that I’m now back for a second time” which I thought was a bit rude. Not a bad looking hotel and it could be much better if they paid more attention to cleanliness and service quality.

A brilliant place, exactly what we needed, just for relaxing and enjoying. Hosts are so kind and helpful food is delicious, coffee, cocktails, all was perfect.

I highly recommend staying here. The service was great and the view from the pool and sea view villas is amazing. I booked two nights and then one more at the end of my trip. I liked the food and massage was good. The operations manager went out of his way to help me get to the airport and to my destination earlier in the week, personally making phone calls for me and even drive me to the pier. When the hotel airport service was booked, he found the cheapest transport for me and booked it himself.  I will definitely stay again and recommend the hotel. The surrounding area doesn’t have much but it’s only a short taxi away from the restaurants at the pier.

還可以，，，環境很好，，，，綠植很多啊，，，，早餐也可以，，，，，價位也不錯，，，當然，雖然有吹飛機，但不好用，這個及時修理一下就更好了

環境很優美

步行出來要幾分鐘，但是很僻靜，環境也不錯，周邊比海灘物價便宜很多 唯獨房間熱水忽冷忽熱而且水壓很小

ห้องกว้างติดทะเลติดสระว่ายน้ำวิวดีมาก

酒店地理位置比較偏僻，打車軟件會送到後面，需要從沙灘翻柵欄進酒店。 優點是環境不錯，安靜，也便宜。 缺點是晚上前台經常找不到人，房間有各種不重要的小問題，比如空調噪音、屋頂有動物跑，但是晚上各種找不到人。

Very cheap price and good quality

1、網上預訂跟實際安排入住的房型往往不一致 2、房間陳舊，我基本所有房型都住過了，總之各有各的問題 3、他們的房間空調機噪音非常大，睡眠淺的人慎選。 4、前台有個好像w開頭的女前台，黑人，裝腔作勢，我還以為她是經理，實際不是，但很缺乏服務意識。 5、傳單污漬嚴重，甚至有新鮮血漬，反饋上去他們居然覺得可能習以為常，答覆説會給我道歉及補償方案，實際上我沒有接到任何工作人員跟我溝通這個事，也沒有補償方案，服務意識很差。 5、唯一優勢是他們有個海景游泳池。
