On your arrival date, our reception escorted you to stay in our 4 bedrooms as the first and clearly mentioned to you that there are 2 floors for our 4 bedrooms. We’re truly sorry to hear that you experienced an unpleasant odor in the room on the first floor. We take all guest concerns seriously, and if we had been made aware of the issue during your stay, we would have happily assisted in finding a suitable solution, however on the next day our receptionist also showed you for another villa which 4 bedrooms are on the same floor, but you are rejected to move and also extended your stay 1 more day with us.
